This estate sits just 225 feet from the ocean with a private path to the beach out the front door.

Step into paradise as the open great room comes with Koa wood floors, doors, and cabinets, as well as a 24-foot-high, custom Hawaiian wood cathedral ceiling, studded with skylights, marble, and granite finishes. Each of the three bedrooms has a therapeutic mattress, high-quality linens, and pillow options. With ceiling fans in every room, you’ll fall asleep to the ocean breeze with ease. Custom lighting throughout the home adds to amazing vacation pictures. The front and rear lanais offer beautiful partial ocean and mountain views, respectively. The landscaping features an abundance of tropical plantings and flowers that attract birds and wildlife.
The large main bedroom suite has a king bed and a marble bathroom with twin vanities and a luxurious shower. The large, fully-equipped kitchen has Koa wood cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counter-tops, and top amenities for intimate meal prepping and cooking. With a six-seat bar and eight-seat dining table, there is ample dining room inside. On the front lanai, you can dine and feel the ocean breeze while viewing the palm trees and ocean waves or enjoy the private lanai in the back.

Beautiful mountain and rainforest views can be seen as you enjoy this private two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath experience.
The main bedroom is a suite with a full shower, private entrance to the back and front of the house, and its own wet bar. Included in the suite is a separate sitting room with outside access, which holds a TV area and an additional queen sleeper sofa for two. In total, this home has two queen beds and one queen sofabed. Directly across form the most pristine, clam, beach. Although it's a public beach it feels very private. House is beautiful. Great room is very spacious was great for a big group. Great showers, comfortable beds. Kitchen could use some updating/upgrades. Utensils, pots, pans etc we're pretty basic.

Me and my friends had an amazing time staying here. Everything from the location to the amenities to the house itself all made for an unforgettable island vacation. If I ever remodel my home bathroom I'm basing it off the master bath here.. The jacuzzi tub was tragically inoperable, but still managed to be one of my favorite parts functioning as just a normal oversized tub. Some things that you should know before booking though; most of the doors and windows are just slats and screens, so noise privacy is minimal, and the area is full of wild roosters, which are cute, but be ready to wake up when they do if you don't bring any earplugs.

Our family, consisting of 7 adults and 3 younger children, rented both houses on the property--Anini Pohaku (the front house) and Anini Ohana (the back house). Location is ideal. The property is right across the street from the beach access. The main house is open and spacious and was great for entertaining the entire family. The house was well equipped in terms of appliances and housewares. There was a full supply of recreational gear and beach equipment in the basement. The rear house was open, spacious and well equipped. Neither house had air conditioning, which is not unusual for Anini properties, but were equipped with fans. This proved to be a problem in the main house, but not the rear house. Two of the fans did not work which made the situation worse. When we arrived the front house was closed and locked and not all fans were on. The house was oppressively hot and never became totally comfortable. It was never possible to secure the front house when we were out because the house would have been unlivable if kept totally closed for any period. The rear house had all fans running and was more open when we arrived. The conditions in the rear house were comfortable for the entire stay. The back of the main house, which is the space between the two houses, was a nice lawn area with a BBQ area under the house. The back of the rear house had a lovely garden area which proved to be unusable because of mosquitos and wasps. If the ventilation issues in the main house were resolved we would definitely return to the estate.
