We always like to stay at Kiahuna for the atmosphere and beach access This is a particularly nicely appointed and maintained unit. Owner communications were prompt and complete.
This property was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Calm waters and easy surfing for beginners at the beach. Loved the beach hut with affordable rentals! The unit was spacious and fit our group of 5 well! Also loved having boogie boards, beach chairs and snorkel gear provided! The resort pool across the street was lots of fun for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved staying here in Poipu. The property was beautiful, the condo was spacious, and the location was perfect! The property manager was also very quick to respond and her information and local recommendations were very helpful when planning our vacation. This was a great condo for our kids because of the outdoor grass area for them to run around on and the easy walk to the beach and the pool. We would definitely want to stay here again.
We were a family of 5 and this was a roomy, well stocked condo.
Perfect location, aweome amenities and fun for the whole family. We will definitley be back and highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is great and it’s very comfortable. We were grateful for the A/C. very close to the Sheraton. We ate there a couple of times and used some of their amenities too, including the luau.

We loved the resort location and gardens. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to feel at home and prepare meals from local farmers markets. Kim with management company is great to work with and responded within 2 hrs to all inquiries. The beds and pillows are very comfy. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Kauai.

We booked our trip the day before traveling. This place was exactly what we needed. Kim was so easy to work with. She sent us a ton of information about the condo, the area, and things to do and places to eat before we arrived.

The location is wonderful; the unit nice and thoughtfully organized. 4 women=lots of clothing! There were more hangers than we needed (which most owners wouldn't think of); beach chairs/fins, boogieboards (even though we went to 2 beaches to boogieboard but couldn't find anywhere to catch a wave). The design of the 2 bedroom units in this complex: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms DOWNSTAIRS and kitchen, living and deck UPSTAIRS. We estimated each of us climbed stairs at least 10 times/day (fine for us except a bit much for our 92-year old Mom. She was a trooper and did very well, but she's a young 92 year old). If anyone has trouble with steps I would get a 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor. Suggestion: have someone go into the unit first and unlock the downstairs patio slider and then bring your luggage in downstairs instead of getting luggage up outside stairs and then down to the ground floor. It just makes more sense to bring your luggage in and out on the ground floor. Owner was very communicative, thoughtful and welcoming. Onsite maintenance fixed a couple of things that prior guests didn't report (broken garbage disposal; prior guests left food in the disposal. Fixed within 30 minutes of reporting). Air conditioner a MUST; unit has 3! You definitely need a car on the island. We went to many restaurants (our fav Keoki's Paradise across the street and the Beach House). Disappointingly, music is not something you will find every night. Rum Safari Tour=GREAT. Have fun!

It was walkable to the beach (driveable too if you have a hard time getting around, you can drive and park in the complex and pretty much be beachside), the gym/pool, coffee and restaurants. The complex is absolutely stunning, such pretty landscaping. Condo has great A/C all bedrooms and living area and was huge by Hawaii standards, two lanais, 2nd bedroom has a full and twin which my kids liked, shower was nice with great water pressure and hot water. 4 adults had plenty of room. Beach gear is available, kitchen has all the glasses, dishes and cooking implements you need. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own spices/oils for cooking as non of that is provided and is expensive to buy at the local store. Also no plastic wrap, zip locks or foil either. It won’t keep me from coming back to this beautiful condo, just a suggestion for the next guest.

Pros: clean, spacious, and a perfect location! The beach is just a 3-4 minute walk where you can find monk seals and turtles sunbathing in the mornings. The beach is Sandy and perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. Short walk to the gym, pool, and shopping center. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear. Kitchen was updated and stocked with cookware and dishes. Lanai didn’t have an ocean view, but was peaceful and covered so we could enjoy the rainy mornings outside.
Cons: some of the areas are a little dated and could use an update.
Overall this is a GREAT place for a Kauai vacation! We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The condo was fine. But it needs deeper cleaning. The grout in shower stall in small bedroom was gross. . . Mostly the accent tiles. The window ledge was very dirty in the small bathroom. Plus A little touch up paint on it would be a big improvement. The tops of the base was very dirty also all corners on the floor. The counter tops, refrigerator, sink and the floors (not corners)were fine.

Enjoyed our stay. Host was excellent! Pool and Pickleball courts are across the hwy at a sports complex.
