This property is in a convenient location with accessibility to the beach and Kihei Town (center). The condo was quiet and clean. I encourage others to stay here :)
Well furnished, very well supplied and clean condo in a very convenient location. The ocean view from the unit was great. Paul was very friendly and accommodating.
Wonderful stay, as advertised, owner is very timely and helpful with any requests. The lanai is such a great place to spend time on, especially mornings and early evenings. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice place, but owners need to pay attention to detail. Front door battery powered code lock wouldn't work, at least there was a key in the lockbox on the front porch, had to use the key (only 1 key) the entire time (15 days). Informed the property manager of the code problem, turns out the batteries had corroded inside the door code lock, had not been checked or replaced in 2 years as per the property manager. Master bath toilet had a broken lid and was very loose, something that should have been obvious while cleaning for next tenant. Screens on sliding doors very difficult to slide due to rust, screens had seen better days years ago. We cooked 1 meal while there, the pan we chose to use, handle was loose, almost to the point of being unusable, didn't bother to check the other ones, one would expect they would have been checked based on a previous evaluation of the cookware. Knobs on the stove almost unreadable (original?) plus one knob was a replacement that didn't fit or match. The light over the dining table had an adjustable dimmer switch for the light, it didn't work, had to remove the knob and turn the metal stem by hand to adjust the lights. Would I stay there again or recommend it to friends, NO, not for the money paid to stay there.

We had a great stay at Paul's condo and can't wait for another trip to Maui in the future!We've stayed in The Palms condo community before and love the views, pool, and grounds. On this trip we spent most of our time enjoying the lovely pool, but also appreciated easy access to the beach. It is also very easy to drive into Kihei for dinner or to one of the restaurants in Wailea. We will be back again!
This property is exactly as advertised. The property is in a great complex. Very well maintain. It is also a great location easy walk to one of the nicest beaches on the island. It is also a short drive for all amenities, store, bars, restaurants and gym. Would highly recommend this location.
The condo is in a beautiful area. We found ourselves driving to the beaches as we were also out exploring, however you can walk to a beach. Easy walk to a grocery store and the very high-end Shops at Wailea which we enjoyed exploring. The pool area is nice, always found a chair, easy walk from condo. The furniture and accommodations are a bit dated but sufficed since we were gone exploring the beautiful island during the day. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the beds are comfy. Sunsets from the balcony are incredibly picturesque! We enjoyed our stay here very much and made wonderful family memories!

I really can't say enough about this property. My wife and teenage daughters loved it; we spent a lot of time out on the huge lanai with the beautiful view and options for sun and shade.
We were concerned about no A/C outside of the master bed but we actually enjoyed the fans and ocean breezes so much that we never even used the A/C unit in the master. The kitchen, bathrooms, showers were all great (huge bath in the master and spacious living room) and it was nice to have the washer/dryer.
The whole Palms at Wailea property is beautifully maintained, with water running through the middle so you hear that on the lanai and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub area as well. We had considered booking a unit right on the beach but we are so glad that we didn't as the wind was really strong down on the water while up on the hill we just had pleasant breezes. With that and the view of the ocean and mountains we had the best of both worlds. It was really hard to leave this property, I would strongly recommend it to anyone.

The condo has been neglected as far as certain worn out items. Pots and pans we could not use. Leeky bathroom sink faucet in primary ensuite. But, we still enjoyed the stay immensely due to the brilliant location, spaciousness, beds were clean and very comfortable, and gorgeous balcony. For the amount we paid, I would say there could have been more attention to certain state of maintenance.
My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a large space with a beautiful ocean view from a spacious lanai in a quiet complex. It’s very convenient to local beaches for snorkeling and dining venues.

The Palms is a beautiful condo complex. Our room was beautiful. The view was spectacular! Mountains and ocean view. The pool area was very nice. This complex is so close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, beaches, and more. I recommend this condo highly.

Just loved staying at the palms in Wailea. The condo was very spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The complex was very beautiful and serine. The location was close to many great beaches and had a nice large pool to relax in. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely would book this place again.

Several places to eat close by. And it’s not noisy at all. Easy walk to the beach or drive to some nice secluded beach locations. Will stay here again.

Based on the photos and reviews we had very high expectations for our stay and they were still exceeded! From the communication and professionalism of the property manager to the incredible location and views! You have world class beaches, shopping and restaurants minutes away from the comforts of a luxury condo, with priceless views! There isn't a place on the island with better views of Maui's famous sunsets than right there on your lanai. Whether you're just looking to relax and recharge or for a vacation full of fun and adventure, this is the place to be!

We have been staying at the Palms of Wailea for over 5 years. The location of The Palms is what brings us back - close proximity to everything yet private, quiet and beautiful property. The unit has everything you need. Scored 2 extra beach chairs left over at the garbage area - so now a full set of four is there! You'll enjoy "coming home" to the Palms after your beach day/adventure on Maui!
We have stayed at several Palms units and this one was nice. Clean, beds comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella, fins, beach towels and boogie boards. Parking spot very close to unit. AC in Master worked well with door closed. Ceiling fans were great and two tower fans kept it comfortable. Spent loads of time at the pool chatting with other guests. Paul was very accommodating with early checkin request which was much appreciated after a long flight. We had a very nice visit.
