The location was amazing! Condo was good for a home base. Kitchen was lacking in things you’d need to cook a meal and a broom on site would be nice to have. There wasn’t a futon or pullout couch. And there was no grill on site. The drive lane in and out of the building was very tricky. If we would have had a bigger car I don’t know if we would have gotten it out without hitting the wall! The master bed was very comfy! AC worked great! Kids enjoyed the pool. Bill and Janet were great to work with. And they called to check on us during the tsunami!

Location can't be beat, and we love the cozy and homey feel of Bill and Janet's unit. It has everything you need for a relaxing Maui holiday. We look forward to renting again in the future!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view on the balcony is beautiful. It was fun to see the paddle boarders in the morning and later the surf lessons. Great location. You can walk everywhere.

We loved watching the surfers and canoe riders every morning from the lanai. Every day we drove 10 mins or less to visit a different beach, location was good for that or walking 3 mins to South Maui Gardens for food and entertainment
Had a great time snorkeling at Charley Young Park, close to South Maui Gardens with free movie night and paid Hula show. Surfing across the street and food within walking distance!!

It was a nice area beautiful beach and great atmosphere. We really enjoyed maui!
The condo was clean but not what we expected. The couch didn't pull out or a futon and the stairs to go up to the loft where very steep. Check in was a disaster waited an hour to get a hold of the owner so we could get inside. Had to call vrbo to finally get the owner to answer. Also i am not sure they change the code to the condo for every new client that is a big security issue. It was small spot but lucky it was in such a beautiful location. The space was clean and everything worked well.
We had a great time in Kihei. This unit is walking distance to so many shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. We had a great stay.

We had a delightful stay in Maui. Condo was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with an amazing view of the beach and delightful dining of all sorts in walking distance. The cooler, beach towels and beach chairs were so appreciated on our outings. Highly recommend for a fun stay on Maui.

We needed a comfortable place for our family of 4 where we could SUP and surf every day.
We needed air conditioning- just in case the cross breeze wasn’t happening, a view of the ocean
and the ability to walk to restaurants and ice cream at night.
We’ve had a lovely time and we will be back!

The place is very close to the ocean and lots of restaurants. It’s clean and has a good shower. The owner responded promptly. The beds were comfortable. Our family of five enjoyed thoroughly. We would stay there again if we visit Kihei.
