Ocean as far as the eye can see
We stayed in condo in August. First off its in the best location, from the surrounding area to the view from the balcony. It is close to all the most amazing beaches we really enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need and was really clean.
This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was extremely clean and the perfect size for our home base in Kauai. The pool was great and the location on the north side of the island was excellent.

This place exceeds my expectations. All rooms have great ocean views. We saw spouting from a distance away, must have been whales. One day, there were a group of spinner dolphins passing by. It was amazing! The condo is very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this unit.
Our condo was perfectly neat and immaculately clean. We particularly appreciated the full kitchen, spacious balcony overlooking the ocean waves, lots of towels for beach and pool activity, and complete laundry facilities to get us packed up the right way. The entire complex was picture-perfect!
We loved staying in this unit. It was well stocked and appointed as well as clean and updated. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
Well stocked with towels and beach accessories. No coffee provided and one of the fans didn’t work. Other than that, it was amazing! Even left a flashlight that we used to go into turtle cave.
This condo has a beautiful view over looking the ocean. The outdoor patio gives some privacy and a stunning view of the coastline. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals for the family. Located close to Princeville and in a quiet community, there's a lot to do within a short drive - snorkeling, hiking, surfing, kayaking, or lounging on the beach. Lots of nice walking/biking paths, there's even a short path down to the water (it's slippery and steep so use caution). The rooms were clean and spaceous and plenty of room for my husband and our two kids.

Easy to check in and check out. Clean. No surprises. Right on the cliffs above the water. We listened to waves and chickens all day and night. Sat on the patio and read. Close to everything we needed to get to, but then again, it's a small island. Makes us want to buy a condo in the same facility, will definitely stay here again.

Great location with close proximity to anything on the North shore. Clean unit, ground floor unit and wonderful sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep.
We stayed 4 nights at this condo. Location was great. Convenient to everything. Had a nice time. Condo is outdated but the pictures depict it accurately other than the balcony. The pictures of the balcony make the balcony look much larger than it is. There is no table on the balcony and no room really to have one out here. Master bedroom had 2 double beds and second bedroom had one. Beds were very small. Not really large enough for 2 normal sized adults. There were plenty of towels placemats, hand towels, dishes and silverware. There were 2 very nice beach chairs and an umbrella to use which we enjoyed. The sliding door and screen were very difficult to open/close and the screen door really needs to be replaced. It only opened 1/4 of the way making it difficult to go through to the balcony. You were not able to open either of them with one hand. For what we were paying we could have dealt with all of this with no complaints except… on our last morning there we went to get one of the last hand towels out of the kitchen drawer and when we took it out there was a dead RAT in the bottom of the drawer. We gave it 2 stars on cleanliness because other than the rat it was very clean.
Lovely accommodations. We felt grateful for this unit with its spectacular views! First morning directly off the balcony was a giant fat rainbow. Tropic birds flying in front of your windows. See turtles down below with your binoculars. Seemed secluded yet groceries less than 10 minutes away. We will be back!

Great set up for 4-6 people. Kitchen is clean and well-equipped. Would be wonderful during whale watching season as there are ocean views from every space. Close to grocery store and not too far from other attractions on other side of the island.

It’s an awesome property in a beautiful neighborhood. A few great hikes near by and views for days.
The beds are uncomfortable but other than that not bad a little older the views are amazing close to beaches towns and shopping we had a great time very peaceful unless the people upstairs where home lol heavy feet

We loved everything about this property except for the dirty carpets. The smell was so strong in the one bedroom that we couldn’t sleep in there.
Location and everything else about the property is wonderful. The owners just need to get rid of the carpets!
great location, spacious condo
Everything about this place was wonderful - from the view to the accommodations. The only problem we had was with the TVs because they were locked on a guest setting. Contacted the property manager who said they would send someone out. Within 1-2 days the views made the televisions no longer interesting so we didn’t reach out again. If our children had been younger though it would have been an issue. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!
