Everything about this place is lovely, the views, the pools, the paths, the beach, and we love the lanai and how the doors open so wide. It's like living outside. The condo is very well stocked and in great condition. Everything we needed was right here, we could walk to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, golf, and we could just stay in the area the whole time. The condo and entire space is relaxing and we had a lovely time. Look forward to visiting again!
We had such an amazing time! Our family of four loved the condo! The views were spectacular. The Beach Villas are so well run and maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The check in information was easy to follow, and the condo was exactly as described.We selected this condo based on previous reviews, and it did not disappoint. The location is not too far from Honolulu, but far enough to avoid the crowds. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby - even a Costco to gas up our car. We appreciated the information that the host left in the living room to explain how the appliances, air conditioner, etc, worked, and the list of recommended restaurants. The beach just outside the villas was clean and never crowded - such a different experience from visits to Waikiki Beach or the North Shore. We were walking distance to the Four Seasons, where we enjoyed an evening under the stars with an astronomer and his telescopes! So lovely!Our family loved our stay. Thank you for allowing us to spend a few days in your place!

Nice views from the deck. The BBQ areas provide for an easy grilling session. The live music in the evenings is a great way to end the day.

The sunset views from the lanai were stunning. The unit was impeccable; everything was just as described in the listing. I highly recommend this property as both the unit and the property amenities were excellent. Communication with the owner was great prior to our stay; no need to contact the owners during our stay as everything was as expected. Check-in and check-out was very easy with resort staff. Onsite parking was wonderful, and extra guest parking was available free of charge for guests who visited us for a day at the beach. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this property.
The view is outstanding. Beautiful , quiet penthouse perfect for four adults. Loved that they have umbrella, chairs, towels etc to use at the beach. Easy walk to market and restaurants. The lagoon is gorgeous and not crowded at all. We will definitely be coming back.
My family and I love coming to Ko’Olina. This is our third stay and we have stayed in three different condos in the beach tower at this location. This specific penthouse would have the best view of any the three condos we have stayed in. Having compared staying both on the North (parking lot) and South (pool) sides of the building now, I would say that depending on the time of year be prepared for more the potential for more wind on the North side lanai’s. Not an issue with the condo, more specific with the building.Specific to this condo I found communication with the owner very easy and they were prompt in answering questions and providing assistance.My only constructive feedback is that I did find that most of the dishes we used seemed to be a tad dirty so we washed them prior to our first use. Several of the interior lights had died or were flickering. Perhaps just an oversight by house keeping. The remainder of the condo was cleaned well otherwise. We did notice that this condo’s furniture seemed to be getting a little worn however it did not interfere with our enjoyment. I only mention this as compared to our previous stays in different condos had newer furniture.Overall was a good stay with by far the nicest view we’ve had. Merely the creature comforts were a tad lower than we’ve become accustomed to.
Overall, this is a great location to stay. you'll be 30 minutes from the heavy tourist areas. I stayed in the area before in a regular hotel and this by far was better accommodations. the owner communicated well and had no issues! i will be recommending this location to all my friends and will definitely be back!
Loved the property. The owner was very communicative, the location and condition of the condo was perfect for us. Nicely stocked that made it so easy to prepare meals. Loved the sunset views from the balcony every evening. Pools and beach right out front were great. So nice this time of year when it is not too crowded. We all agreed this is the best condo we have rented in Hawai’i. Hope to return.

Our family of two adults and three teenagers had an amazing time at Ron and Seiko’s home. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals after a quick grocery pickup from Safeway on our way there. The beds were comfortable and our kids argued over who got the super comfy sofabed. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking from the lanai and we could hear the ocean when the doors were open. When we weren’t swimming in the lagoons or the pools or exploring the area, we were usually on the lanai watching whales. Our daughter counted at least 30 during our week visiting! When I needed to contact Ron, he was quick to respond and incredibly easy to deal with. We can’t wait to visit again!

The view is simply amazing and the rest of the property is just as perfect. A few of the highlights:
- Two included parking spots, and one is very large
- The beach add-ins (chairs/umbrella/cooler) are very nice
- Beds are very comfy
- No photo can capture how perfect the sunsets are from the balcony
- Owner is incredibly nice and very communicative
I could go on and on, but really it is that good.

This is my 3rd time renting this VRBO. Ron, the owner, has been very easy to communicate with. He responds very quickly. I love the location of this unit at the KoOlina Beach Villas. It has a beautiful sunset view no matter what time of year it is. It is very quiet. I highly recommend.
We spent 2 weeks at the property and it had everything we needed for a wonderful time. It's convenient to the Beach Villas private lagoon and an easy walk to restaurants at Aulani, the Four Seasons, and the Marriott resorts. It's not quite as big as it appears in the pictures, but that's typical. A party of four should be just fine. The owner is very responsive; but, fortunately, we didn't have to bother him because everything went smoothly. Highly recommend. Air conditioning and garage parking is a bonus.
