The Space:

Originally built in the 1940s, this beautifully redesigned beach home combines plantation-style architecture with high-end finishes, vaulted ceilings, and sun-filled spaces.

Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the home features three spacious ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living, and multiple lanais for indoor-outdoor living. Enjoy garden views from every room, BBQ dinners on the outdoor dining lanai, and peaceful mornings on the rocking chairs of the master lanai.

Whether you’re here to surf, snorkel, paddleboard, or simply unwind by the ocean, the Plantation House is your home base for an unforgettable Maui holiday.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the Plantation House, including three private bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, a full kitchen, a living area, and a covered lanai.

Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, two communal gas BBQ grills, and a complimentary washer and dryer are located on the property.

Four beach chairs, two boogie boards, a beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided for your sun-filled days at the beach.

The Neighborhood:

Villas by the Cove is located 25 feet from The Cove Beach Park, where guests can mingle with locals, take surf lessons, or body surf in The Cove's consistent small waves. Charley Young Beach, a long stretch of white sand ideal for beach walks and swimming, is another local favorite that's located at the end of the street, about a one-minute walk from the property front gate.

Getting Around:

For the active and adventurous traveler, our prime location offers easy access to sunbathing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and whale watching. Also, a golfer's paradise with nearby world-class golf clubs less than 10 minutes away in Wailea and Makena. Restaurants, shops, nightlife, cafes, farmer’s markets, and Kalama Park are within a 5-10 minute walk from Villas By The Cove.

Other Things to Note:

Guests have access to our complimentary private Concierge service for assistance with arranging group activities such as luau's, whale watching and snorkel boat tours, private chefs/caterers, pre-arrival grocery service, in-residence spa services and group transportation.
