Bedroom features New King bed, 2-night stands and standing 4 drawer dressers. Bedroom have had new wood closets installed and they are well organized with plenty of room for storage. Full kitchen has been upgraded with top of the line appliance and new cabinets, topped with granite counter tops. All new dishes pots and pans, silverware, etc., etc. This Maui Kihei Rental is simply Elegant & Modern. Living room and dining room area is very spacious. Artwork very tasteful. Most exciting is this unit is it equipped with a state-of-the-art split AC unit in the living room. Stay cool and comfortable in your home away from home. From the Beach towels to bedding top notch. Your place is Perfect! The sunsets are so beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck and seeing such a beautiful view of the ocean. We will be back!

We have stayed at Hale Kamaole a number of times over the past 20 years. Enjoyed 174’s location and view. Easy access to the beach and location limited road noise. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location. We have stayed in Hale Kamaole over the years. This is the bets unit we have ever had. Watched the whales while having dinner on the lanai. Inside clean, updated, and well stocked. Also quiet. Everything in working order.

Our refrigerator and freezer were not cooling properly and the freezer was not making ice. The maintenance department was responsive to the call, but the issue was not fixed during our stay.
