Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. We have stayed in Hale Kamaole over the years. This is the bets unit we have ever had. Watched the whales while having dinner on the lanai. Inside clean, updated, and well stocked. Also quiet. Everything in working order.

Our refrigerator and freezer were not cooling properly and the freezer was not making ice. The maintenance department was responsive to the call, but the issue was not fixed during our stay.

We had a great week! The location was perfect. Right across from the beach, right by the pool and walking distance to coffee and many restaurants. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai looking at the ocean every morning. The house is decorated nicely, had great hot water and the bed was comfy.

We had an amazing time at this VRBO. It was in a perfect location, the condo was clean and decorated wonderfully, the AC worked really well. I loved waking up and hanging out on the front porch. The beach chairs, umbrella, and other gear was a bonus. The condo had everything we needed to cook our own meals. It was like our second home for a few days. We were debating between this place and another one and are so glad we ended up head instead. Would love to come back and stay here again! Mahalo!

The management was great, we had to call them in to get the tv going and they were very prompt and helpful.Access to the beach was right across the street, just walk out your door and there is a good morning walk along the beach to see turtles, surf, birds, and flowers. We did many activities including the Road to Hana,( where we were picked up at the rental), the Whale watching cruise, saw several whales, attended a luau, and visited the Aquarium, and much more, many beautiful beaches close by to visit.I would totally recommend this property, great customer service, great location, and an overall great experience.
