Comfortable, great views, parking and close to restaurants and shops. Only thing is if you plan to cook, you need to buy all condiments. Only salt and pepper here.

We booked through Captain Cook and they were great to deal with. Vincent and James were very responsive and helpful as onsite managers. We would definitely book with them again.As for the unit: Pros: Great views, relatively quiet, bed is comfortable. Con: We had to have maintenance in just about everyday for something that was broken, sofa bed, toilet, lanai doors and one day the elevators in the building went out and we had to walk the 25 flights of stairs. The pool is very small.The unit is in need of some maintenance. Livingroom furniture needs to be replaced, kitchen is missing some key items and toilet should be replaced.

This is an older building but it has been maintained throughout the years. The views are spectacular. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the parking is a great bonus.
I’ve stayed in this building several times and hope to come again.

I love everything about this unit. Great views. Nice open space (I bought and left a yoga mat in the unit, as there is nice space in the living room.) Free parking is a big plus. Quieter than other FV units. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed is OK... my son visited and thought it was more comfortable putting mattress on the floor. The improved roof is terrific.... installation of the new hot tub will make it even better. Sauna keeps breaking down... would be nice if that were more reliable. Opening of Waikiki Market this week - which is really nice - will make life even more convenient for the next visit.
