Aloha! We are the owners of a gorgeous, newly remodeled penthouse, 1 bd 1 ba (sleeps 3) condo with amazing ocean views inside and out. I to 2 minute walk from beach. It is decorated with a feel of the island throughout. New sound resistant glass balcony doors, windows and ductless split AC makes this a quiet retreat filled with light and extraordinary views.
*Covid cleaning procedures implemented in 2020.

As beautiful as this condo was when we purchased it, we continue to make yearly updates.

In 2107 we updated the split ductless AC in the living and bedroom so it is virtually brand new.

In 2018 we added new solar shades. Now the windows are totally open to the amazing view and you can still enjoy the view with the shades down.
We also added mirrors to the lanai. These mirrors bring even more of the view into the condo.
We added a screen door so you can enjoy the lovely cross breezes we get on the island.

In 2021 we added a new memory foam, California King mattress. We also added a few new pieces of furniture.

Our unit is supplied with all of the supplies to make your vacation as fun and relaxing as possible. Just unpack and let the vacation begin!

The 1st floor of the complex has shops where you can rent bikes, grab a coffee or sandwich, arrange a massage, haircut or pedicure/manicure, pick up some essentials in a small market and plan diving or snorkeling adventures. Maui Dream Dive is a top rated dive shop that can help with any snorkel or dive gear needs. There is also a gym about 7 minutes up the road - convenient drop in rates for travelers. Or just lounge at the on site pool.

Easy to learn to surf here! It doesn't get any more convenient. Rent surfboards and paddleboard gear from the surf store across the street. You are across the street from "The Cove" the best beginner surf spot on the island. Watch your friends and family surf from the lanai while enjoying your morning coffee!
During whale season, the whales will be easy to spot from this top sixth floor "lookout", binoculars provided!

The Island Surf building, in particular, is easy living. A SHORT WALK puts you at the Kihei marketplace and many great restaurants. A GROCERY STORE (Foodland) is an easy stroll. STARBUCKS is another local hangout to enjoy the morning or meet with friends. If you like to watch or participate in roller hockey, tennis games, pickup beach volleyball, basketball, surfing, stand up ...

We only had a 3-day stay but the property was well-appointed, clean and in a great location.

The condo is right across the street from the beach so there is a view. We enjoyed walking at the beach park each morning because there are huge sea turtles to see. The only negative is there is a lot of street noise so it was hard to enjoy the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Our family and friends have stayed in this complex in the past and have been very happy with their units. But this unit tops them all, top floor, great views, everything you could possibly need for cooking. So convenient, close to shopping, walking distance to the beach with chairs, umbrella, and coolers, grocery store, and restaurants. A grab and go store downstairs. We will definitely come back. Pam responded promptly to any questions. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. Mahalo

First-time travelers to Maui and completely satisfied with the condo, its location, and the attentive communication demonstrated by the owners. All instructions for checking-in/out were clearly communicated and accurate. The condo itself is very well furnished, modern and is in great shape with a fantastic view. It is equipped with all the amenities of home... fully functional kitchen (fridge, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee and K-cup, and all the dishes/pots/pans needed to prepare most any meal), stacked washer/dryer, and more than the essential beach and pool gear at your disposal (includes snorkeling gear!). Well-stocked grocery store (Foodland Kihei) a mere 5 minutes away by foot. We took the opportunity to prepare our own meals whenever possible (a significant money-saver!). Plenty of options for eating out as well... everything from grab-and-go to full-service, sit-down dining within walking distance. Also within walking distance, Charles Young beach is a beautiful sandy beach. Kamaole beach lies just a little further. Further South (five to ten-minute drive), Wailea offers a number of equally beautiful beaches in an upscale resort setting. Easy access to Piilani Hwy and the rest of Maui.

We had such a good time. I feel like it’s the best location in Kihei. We had a great view and quick walk to restaurants and grocery store. The rental unit was quiet and comfortable. Everything was top quality. Pam and Doug were very easy to communicate with. The whole experience was great.

Beautifully decorated condo, perfect for my husband and me. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Pam was very accommodating, and responded quickly to our needs.
