So everything about the property was as advertised. Clean and nicely furnished. The view was absolutely perfect. Best view of any place I have ever stayed. So close to the water you feel like you are on a cruise ship - and sunsets every night directly out from your patio.

Room 419 is just the perfect height above sea level to give a wide expanse of ocean to view wildlife and weather events but still be able to hear the sound of waves breaking on the shore.
The condo was clean, and comfortable and everything was as advertised.
I would highly recommend this corner condo to anyone looking to spend time exploring Maui, or just kicking back and relaxing with the stunning view and beach access.

Condo unit was nice, well kept. Property overall was under remodeling, hence the noise and lack of hot water was a bit of an issue the first few days there.
Overall good experience, but remodeling should have been advertised before hand.

Liked getting the rental car included in the price - we did upgrade the car but it was a great asset dealing with KBM Hawaii. The unit we rented was a great layout and had beautiful views

I should have taken it as a warning sign when this property was removed from VRBO approximately two weeks before my departure.
After arriving to the condo, which was lovely, it was clear that there was major construction and renovation happening all around the unit. The drilling was so invasive that we could hear it in each bedroom and living room throughout the day. I was traveling with my husband and two boys (age 3 months and 2.5 years). The constant barrage of construction noises made it impossible for my children to nap or anyone to relax on the unit. I cannot believe that KBM did not communicate with me at all to apprise me of the construction before the trip when we were clearly the only unit rented on that floor and side of the property.
After complaining, KBM moved us to a different unit, which was fine, but try packing up two kids in the middle of vacation… bit of a nightmare. I will never stay with KBM again.
