Take advantage of this discounted price the noise is most likely not going to be that bad. The contractors can only work from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. No smoking in the condo or on the lanai. Smoking area is provided in front of the resort, ask front desk for location.
My condo is a no smoking, no vaping, no pets, no children, no parties, no bikes or surfboards can be in the condo at any time.

Our condo have the best view from our top floor penthouse condo compared to all the other studios, yes ours is the best. All the other studios on the lower floors do not have the view we do, that includes most of the one bedroom condos in the building. If you're going to rent a studio condo at the Royal Kahana this is the one you want. It has incredible views of the ocean and the island of Molokai and don’t forget the sunsets. In the winter from October 10th to March 10th the sun sets in the south so you can’t see it from our condo, our condo looks to the northwest. At that time you can go down to the pool deck or the yard and watch the sunset from there.

Our condo has Air-Conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer in the condo and the resort has recently remodeled the pool area. Our condo has been recently renovated too. All new granite kitchen fully equipped, the refrigerator has an ice maker. ...

Communication with our host was great. The unit was a studio, so it was smaller than what we usually stay in. But it was so well laid out, and there were so many nice details that it worked really well. Watching whales from the lanai was a favorite activity every day. Even if it wasn't whale watching season, just enjoying the beautiful water would be nice.

Very impressed with this condo and how well it was maintained and set up, so many nice little touches including beach chairs, a cooler, basic items for cooking, and binoculars for checking out the view. Great views of the ocean (keep an eye out for turtles that swim by!) and the surrounding area. The pool and lawn area around the building were a great spot to relax in the evening after a day at the beach. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants/shopping.

This is the second time staying at this condo of mikes. We love it. He is very attentive and easy to work with. He let us know information about the island before we went on the trip. Mike is the best host out there.
