This is an amazing Villa, super clean and well maintained, spacious and stunning views. The property is gorgeous, the pool area is like a resort. It’s close to shops and a nice sandy beach. We highly recommend staying here.
The unit was clean and very nice. However, we didn’t know that the entry door was on the first floor and you had to open the door towards the stairs with a very small entry area making it a little difficult to bring up suitcases and golf clubs. My wife and daughter in law could not start the dishwasher and it’s not like they don’t know how. All the lights were on and they would press start and for hours nothing happened. Even though they thought maybe there was a pre-heat sequence. I told the manager and someone came and started it but didn’t leave any type of information how they did it. So for 11 days we were there we did the dishes by hand. The washer left a moldy smell in the clothes - had to wash everything again when we got home. We didn’t use the washer until the end of the trip. So we are suggesting to management to look into it. We mentioned to the manager that we need more hangers and salt & pepper shakers and immediately the next morning he was there with hangers and salt & pepper. Plus someone came and started the dishwasher. They were very prompt
The condo kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for a fantastic week long stay on the Big Island. Thanks so much for hosting our family!
The condo is conveniently located in the Waikoloa resort area, in a gated quiet community. It's well maintained and is a good choice for longer stays to make good uses of its well stocked kitchen.
Spacious condo for family with three teens. Location is great with quick access to the shops, highway, and local walking trails.

Comfortable, spacious, convenient, clean… we very much enjoyed our stay.
We loved our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villas. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and instructions for everything were clear. The unit was well laid out for everyone in our group to have their own space/bathroom. The AC worked well. We appreciated all the beach supplies from beach chairs to beach towels to a cooler. The only thing we felt was missing was a drying rack for wet towels & bathing suits after a day at the beach (as these items aren’t allowed to be hung from the lanai railings). We wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again for future trips!

Stayed for a week - really enjoyed this property vs staying in a hotel. Location was excellent. The pre-arrival supplies and extras like a beach umbrella in the garage really made things easier for us. Looking forward to coming back!

Clean, secure, easy to find, great pool.
I was surprised at how spacious it was! Our bedroom overlooked the pool area, without being too close. The loft had nice views in both directions. We loved stargazing from the hot tub and swimming in the pool with the rocks and garden setting. We found the location convenient. Great stay!
My little family of 5 enjoyed our recent 3 night stay. The property location is perfect in many ways. The community pool and fitness room is a short 1 minute walk from the property. The property is also conveniently located right across the street from the Queen's Shops (which has a movie theatre, various restaurants, Starbucks and local boutiques). The property manager communicated quickly to my messages and was very thorough about the details of our stay. The unit was clean and stocked with kitchen essentials. We will definitely consider staying here again in the near future! It was a perfect staycation for our family's end of summer break! :o)
Our first time staying at this property and we couldn’t be any happier! Spacious, clean and nicely located near the pool with a balcony we could enjoy without direct sun. It was nice having a garage as well.

Everything was better than advertised. The check-in process and location instructions were very clear and easy to navigate. The cost was lower than most in the area. The unit was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. They even provided some paper plates, etc. for going to the beach. They also provided some spices and laundry detergent. The garage came with two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, two boogie boards, and a bag full of snorkel gear. The only drawback was that my two adult children who stayed in the twin beds upstairs stated that the mattresses were quite hard. The other two beds were very comfortable.
Place was well maintained in a convenient location. Beach supplies were appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay in Waikoloa. The space was clean and well appointed with plenty of space for our 3 adults and one 2-year-old. The check-in and checkout process were seamless. We had no issues with parking 2 cars (one in the garage and one in a visitor parking space with a parking pass). All of the facilities from the pool to the gym were great. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Waikoloa area!
It was a comfy stay with lots or space. The rooms were sound proof, i don't normally sleep thru any noise and I had no issues sleeping. Also it helped that the masterbed rooms had really comfortable beds. The condo supplies were ok, there was only 3 coffee cups and the toaster didnt work great. The property management responded within a few days. Buy a faulty ice maker was never resolved during our stay.
The unit has all the supplies needed for fun beach days and cooking in. Great stay. Comfortable beds.

The property and location is perfect. There is a good size pool on location, which is perfect for kids. Property is very quiet, beautifully landscaped and kept very clean. There is a protected beach about a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. Garage has all the essentials for a day on the water. Queens and Kings shops are a few minute walk, with all kinds of shops including a grocery store. Within 10 minute drive are show at Mauna Lani with additional stores and shops/restaurants at Waikoloa Village.
Airport, Kona and Hawi are roughly a half hour drive away. For cyclists, the climb to Belt road is minutes away, with an extension to Old Saddle Road, going over 6000’.
Overall a five star stay! Thank you from all of us, and hope to be back!

Better than advertised. This is a beautiful condo - better than the pictures! Very comfortable. Must be a fairly new building. Great appliances. Great bedrooms. It was incredibly helpful to have boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and two beach umbrellas that we didn't have to rent. Beautiful landscape. Short drive or (15 minute walk) to the beach. 5 minute walk to shopping, dining, movie theater.

Large 3 bedroom condo. Well stocked with basics like toilet paper, towels, condiments, salt and sugar. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
