Beautiful home away from home. Spacious, convenient, and the patio was a wonderful place to gather for meals. The property manager was super responsive when we ran into an issue with one of the appliances and sent a repair man out right away.
Place was very nice but could have been cleaner. Sofa was very uncomfortable. But a nice place to stay.
The property was a great place for my family to stay. Very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again in the future.
Loved it! The house was in impeccable condition - all rooms were clean and comfortable, and bigger than the photos suggested! Beach chairs and cooler were well-maintained, bedroom closets were huge, and the king suite with full bath was a luxurious space. Felt like a 5-star resort at a fraction of the cost! The neighborhood is quiet and neatly landscaped with plumeria trees - it was a joy to return ‘home’ after long days of sightseeing. Location was convenient to the Ko Olina Center for quick trips to the market and good dining options for local dinners out. The host was communicative and provided all necessary info for a smooth check in and check out. Overall a great experience!! 5 stars, highly recommend!!
We had a wonderful vacation and this location was perfect. Close to food, shops and most importantly the beach. Grocery stores, Target and more stores are within 20 minutes drive. The host was great to work with and responded very quickly with a few minor issues we identified. Would like to see furniture updated in the family room as couch sits low and pillows have lost their firmness and offer no support. There is plenty of utensils and appliances should you want to cook, although we only used the toaster and Keurig coffee maker.. We would definitely consider staying here again should we return to Hawaii again.Regards,JJones
We loved our stay and the golf cart rental. Plusses include the lagoons, market place, separate bedrooms for alone time, the community was beautiful and felt very safe. The food and grocery locations are very convenient, as well.
The property was better than expected. Beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice. There was a garage door opener and key fob for the pool area in a dish on the counter when we walked in. There are beach things like chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the closet on the porch. I did not know that until the second or third day because I assumed it would be locked. The tv's were smart so we were able to log in and watch the same services we use at home. Other guests who stay here should make more of an effort not to put sandy things in the washer or dryer. Guests are going to break these appliances. When we checked in both were very clogged with sand and I wish I could have done more to get it out. I shake everything outside and rinse especially sandy stuff before bringing it in to clean and suggest other people do the same. We would stay here again. It was lovely. Very quiet neighborhood and in a resort area so people are used to temporary neighbors. Trash came twice a week which was also nice.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and all those involved with it. This is my first time using Vrbo so I was a little nervous, but the manager was so helpful throughout the whole process. Before the trip even happened I adjusted the dates twice, and they adjusted it no problem and never even complained. Upon arrival check-in was very smooth, and there were so many things within that location that they had already provided, such as towels, soap and shampoo, and so many other amenities that I was so grateful for. The property itself is beautiful, everything was kept super clean, even my mother-in-law who is wary of Home rental type situation was very pleased. We even had one situation where there was a slight leak coming from the air conditioning, and they sent people over immediately to fix the problem and it all went very smoothly. The house itself is in a wonderful location surrounded by all the best Resorts, which made it so easy for us to get to places that we needed to be. Overall I can’t recommend this location and it’s property management team enough, and I hope to be back soon!
The house was great. Kitchen could have been better equipped. There wasn't a cutting board for example. Also would have been nice to have a hose available but other than that, no complaints
Overall we had a great experience staying here. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Some of the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable (the king bed was fine). Quiet hours were strictly enforced by neighbors (ie no laughter on back porch after 9 PM). It was too far to walk with beach gear to the lagoons but if you drive over first thing in the morning you can get a parking spot. Highly recommend a character breakfast at the Disney resort if you have little ones!
