BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Great whale watching from the lanai. Bedroom very small, no closet or dresser. Seemed like a studio configuration but advertised and priced as a one bedroom. Closet door is broken. Window will not open. Sliding door did not work but was repaired quickly, thank you.

It is an older building, but we love the property because it is not a high rise and we love the area. This unit is a beautiful corner unit on the second floor with a beautiful view and nice breeze. Clean and well-equipped. The bedroom is quite small but the bed is comfortable. It is nicely furnished. Great communication with the owner😊
Right on the water so you can hear the surf and it feels private as there are no other balconies in view. It is far enough away from the pool so the noise level is low and the laundry facilities are clean and convenient.
We hope to be back!

Hubby and I stayed for a short 4 day getaway. The weather and view was so nice and relaxing! The pool was heated and not busy. The balcony was perfect for many hours of relaxation and amazing scenery. Had everything we needed!

Opened up all of the windows and had some fabulous cross ventilation as well as the sound of the soothing waves. Kitchen was stocked with everything necessary and more. Beautiful view from the lanai…lots of whale activity to watch. Turtles right up to the beach. The only negative would be the laundry hours. They open after we’ve left to do tours and activities for the day, and are closed before we returned in the evening. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great place to stay, close in to everything. Bed was super comfy, kitchen spacious, living area and lanai looking out over the waves, perfect!! Would definitely recommend!
