The home was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen and common area were perfect. Views from the bedrooms and family room are stunning. Great location just south of the touristy part of Kona backing up to a picturesque bay. Close by to Magic Sands beach and a good jumping off point for island adventures. The massage chair was a big hit too. Highly recommend this house.
This is a very nice home, exactly as the photos show. Million-dollar view! We will stay here again.
We have stayed at this property multiple times and will continue to return. The house has amazing views onto Lyman’s Point. You can watch surfers every morning while enjoying your coffee on the lawn. The owners have made several updates to the outdoor area making it more pleasant to be outdoors. We enjoyed the spa several evenings during our stay. The are several walkable restaurants from the home. We will definitely return!

Lovely home with an incredible view. I was impressed that the home was so maintained. We had a small event there mid October (paid almost $4k for 2 nights with all fees including event fee) and the AC was out. We fumbled with fans and 2 portable AC units that were brought in. We had to vent them in the windows except one unit didn’t have enough panels to vent so we tried to use the blinds to vent and it popped the GFI. It was extremely hot and humid. We did our best shuffling fans. we ended up putting 1 port unit in the kitchen without proper ventilation just vent pointed at window. At one point even tried to leave the freezer open with a fan in front of it to try to cool off the home. It was mid October so probably one of the hotter/more humid days. Getting ready for the event, kept having to take breaks and stand in front of the fans. We were able to cool off the master bedroom with the other portable unit, but the rest of the house was hot. We knew it was out of the owner’s hands and he did bring in the the 2portable units. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, but we were not offered any discount for the trouble. Overall, our evening event turned out lovely, but the trouble of shuffling fans, trying to vent portable units that didn’t have enough panels to cool off the home (i feel) should’ve justified a small compensation, but none was offered. Had the AC situation not happened, it would of been perfect.
The photos on the VRBO site are completely accurate. This place is magical! Experiencing the sight and sound of the waves rolling into the small bay that is the centerpiece of the house, especially early in the morning and at sunset, was mesmerizing. The house is just far enough away from Kona center to feel private, but close enough to get supplies, dinner, etc.
Everything about this property is exactly as described, down to the eels. Loved our time here. Worth every penny

This was the most amazing place me and my family have ever stayed. Such a beautiful home and the views are unbeatable! Thank you so much for allowing my family and I stay here. We will remember this forever!
The property exceeded my expectations in all ways. The location was superb, very comfortable beds beautiful views and plenty of extra supplies in cabinets for cooking and meal prep. This is a great place to visit. We will return for sure.
Happy St. Patrick's Day! In opening my families review of this incredible property I will lead with: If you don't enjoy the sound of waves do not stay here! My family enjoyed this special place from February 20, 2024, until March 5, 2024. This property has everything you needed to feel like home. We cooked up many an incredible meal for family and friends that left no need to eat out each night.
The Lanai table be it early morning or evening was a perfect setting to visit, watch sunrises and sunsets, enjoy the incredible meals, or just to rest in solitude. The lawn area below by the rock wall was a great place to sit in chairs and watch all the sea life below in the tide pools. Feeding the six eels when the tide was in was one of our trip's highlights. Any fish trimmings would always start a feeding frenzy when they located their prey.
The beds were comfortable. The fans above and the sea breezes thru the patio door screens was all the cooling affect you might need. We didn't feel the need to turn on the A.C. at any time. The bathrooms like the whole house were very clean. Hot water was never a problem taking multiple showers in the morning or evening. The kitchen cabinets we loaded with everything you would ever need to cook whatever meal was needed. The electric stove was a little tricky for us, I think mainly all of us had gas ranges at home. The barbecue though simple did and incredible job at grilling great steaks and seafood.
