The location was great, clean, spacious, and very new feeling. This is our 3rd time to Maui and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. The complex was very quiet and clean as well. Would definitely stay here again.
Highly recommend.The 5 star service started day one! Arrived early and cleaning service had left so we were able to get in touch on our first call and property mgmt let us in early. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen. Initially may have been more of a 4.5 stars only because the pans and knives needed replacing; mentioned to the property mgmt and next morning new knives and pans were on the doorstep!! Two full bathrooms that were also fully stocked. Bedrooms were very comfortable. King bed was comfortable and had nice firm pillows. 2nd bedroom is two single beds. They are on smaller side; with a teen daughter (5’6) she said the bed was great. If you had two huge 6’0 kiddos; the beds may be a bit small. Just fyi. The outdoor patio is wonderful; two areas to sit; a table that seats 4 and then an outdoor couch and chairs seating area. Very comfortable. Condo has a nice pool and hot tub with grills. This location is ideal! We’ve gone to Maui once a year for a decade and this is our favorite area. The condo is a 3 min drive to a number of beach access and parking areas. Beach chairs and towels were also provide which was so nice! Kihei has awesome food, shops and surfing for all levels! Check out Maui Wave Riders! Walking to The Shops at Wailea for more dinner and shops. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!!!
Our family of four adults had a terrific stay while celebrating a graduation. We’ve been to The Palms several times and love the quiet Wailea location so close to the best beaches and close enough to the restraints and stores. Appreciated the great beach chairs, two umbrellas and travel coolers. Very close to the pool and jacuzzi. Just great.

Wonderful 2 weeks in Maui. Great location- walkable to restaurants, shopping, the beach, golf and tennis. Beautiful view, very peaceful location. The condo is clean, plenty of room but there was just 2 of us. Will definitely rebook on our next trip to Maui!
Great property and location with only a short walk to the beaches or shops. Plenty of beach chairs, towels provided with the added bonus of a cooler. Property owner was very quick and happy to answer any questions we had. Will definitely visit again!
We really enjoyed the lanai. It has a shaded eating area & next to it a seating area that gets both sun & shade at different times of the day. Also has a view of the water. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is fabulous - just a short walk down to the beach.
The place was very clean and nice, a lot of nice new beach amenities to take with us to the beach, we enjoyed our stay in this condo. Recommended.
We had an amazing time staying in this condo. The location is absolutely amazing. It is close to just about everything we wanted to do. We were even able to get day passes to a resort to use their pool, giving our kids a change of pace. It was perfect for our family of four. We also appreciated the air conditioning which made the hot Maui days a bit more comfortable for those of us not accustomed to such heat. We will be very happy to stay in this condo again in the future.
This condo is ideally situated and offers a lanai that is beautiful. The unit was clean and communications with the owner were easy.
Nice! Didn’t go to the swimming pool. A little far away from beach, the short cut if you can find can save 1/2 time. The Wailea Beach Path is very good but nobody mentioned.
