It is fully equipped with central AC and located on the 2nd floor, unit #201 in the Ocean Tower on Lagoon We offer LOCATION and VALUE! This is our beautiful home and not a hotel or timeshare property, that we would love to share with you! Our villa is a spacious 3 Bedroom(sleeps maximum 8 with no ), 2.5 baths is over 1800 square feet of living space. Gorgeous partial ocean views and pool views await you. Beautiful 8' tall sliding glass doors slide into the walls creating a seamless transition between indoor-outdoor living to show off the expansive lanai adding an additional 235 square feet of outdoor living space with comfortable seating. The custom designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances NEW LG full size washer/dryer all of which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. Interiors include travertine floors, carpeted floors in the bedrooms, granite countertops and African mahogany doors, windows and trim work. There is ALL BRAND NEW furnishings with a beachy flair, Wi-Fi high speed internet, 3D Blu Ray DVD players, large 4k 3D flat screen TV's & other high-end amenities that will provide a relaxing lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. There is also 1 reserved parking space included with our unit, but others can be obtained for a one time $25 car registration fee in case you are traveling with another family or grandparents. For your peace of mind, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security. Our Villa offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, relaxing, romantic and peaceful retreat yet you are just steps away from the beach, pools and other resort activities. This amazing villa is an ideal serene spot to view the beautiful sunsets, the tranquil lagoons, yet walk to so many great restaurants.
The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, full vanity, dresser-chest of drawers with matching night tables, private access to the lanai, soaking tub and separate shower and a full large walk-in closet. Our condo was perfect. Beautiful rooms for all, great kitchen (well-stocked) and grounds that made us feel like we were in paradise. Would highly recommend to anyone coming over as a group.

This villa has everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach - towels, sun hats, water toys, etc. And the same can be said for the villa, we had everything we needed and more. It has one of the larger lanais and overlooks the quiet pool, which is ideal. And the comfortable furniture on the lanai easily accommodated my family of 8. We also opted to rent the golf cart, which was perfect for getting to nearby restaurants and shopping. Also, I can't say enough about Sherry, the property manager, and her husband Neal - they were absolutely wonderful! Any questions we had and anything we needed, they took care of. I've stayed at various types of properties over the years and this was by far the best! We can't wait to return!! Mahalo Nui Loa!!

Our family was there to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. In-laws in their 80s stayed too. The rooms were darker than the pictures showed and the towels put out smelled of mildew- like someone left them wet for a while before drying. But because there was a washing machine and dryer it was very easy to just wash them again. No problem. The furnishings were a bit outdated but my understanding is they are replacing them. That being said, it was very nice and we had everything we needed. Sheri the property manager was outstanding and available whenever we needed her. Traveling with elderly people who are not very mobile meant we couldn’t do many of the activities we wanted, but that had nothing to do with the unit. Fully stocked, very responsive. I give it 4.5 stars and believe it will be 5 stars with the refresh they have planned. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a friends 50th birthday! The space was warm and inviting, more than enough room for everyone to share. All of the bedrooms were clean with PLENTY of closet space and dressers as well. They have everything that you may need for traveling down to the beach - wagon, ice chest, snorkel gear, chairs, beach towels, hats, boogie boards, the list goes on! The owners and property managers really put a lot of thought and effort into the details of this home to make sure that all you need to do is pack some clothes and the rest is waiting for you when you arrive! Having the ability to have Sherry grocery shop ahead for us so that we had food and drinks ready when we checked in was amazing! We opted to rent the Golf Cart - and I would highly suggest this great amenity. We used it to go to the other resorts for dinner reservations and just to get around the community. Overall this was a great property, great home, and wonderful stay!

Check-in process was a tedious hour-long ordeal, with Sherry bombarding us with numerous house rules that were not mentioned in the listing. It felt unwelcoming and inconsiderate, especially after a long journey with a toddler in tow. We tried to make the best of our stay despite questionable aspects of the property, including a moldy washing machine gasket and outdated, low-quality kitchen items. However, our troubles didn't end there. Midway through our vacation, my phone got wet and stopped working. When I finally turned it back on after returning home, I was shocked to find a barrage of long text messages from Sherry. She accused us of using a key to access her linen closet, even though it was already open upon our arrival. She took pictures of items she claimed we stole, such as knives and a puzzle piece. It was absurd, considering she had left toys for our toddler and encouraged us not to restrict her. She even threatened to file a claim against us and charge an extra cleaning fee for some sand we had naturally brought in from the beach, despite our efforts to keep the place clean. Sherry's direct communication outside of the VRBO portal was suspicious as was the requirement to purchase insurance for the property, considering the speed at which she filed a claim against us. Thankfully, I contacted VRBO, who assured me of no additional charges after leaving. I would advise anyone considering booking to be cautious and thoroughly document everything during your stay.
