Second time using PMI for a Maui Condo Rental. Everything is as described, unit was perfect! We are already planning our next trip.
The property is well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed (maybe a salad spinner ?). The main bathroom sink did not seal properly, but other than that everything was perfect. We found the TV impossible to use, directions did not match the remotes, but we were not there to watch TV. Wonderful time !

Great spot, could see the Ocean and Sunsets each night!Walk/Run every morning, snorkel after run. Best to snorkel early morning. Saw lots of turtles. We have been coming to Kamaole Sands for years. We like building 5, 3rd or 4th level. Paia Fish Market favorite place. We order out, pick and go back to condo to eat. Short hikes, drove to Kahului and North Shore. Our property manager is great. The staff at Kamaole are so friendly, kind and helpful. Our property manager is the best
Having stayed in the Kamaole Sands before, we knew that the property location was perfect for snorkeling. The condo was immaculate with high end, functional kitchen appliances and utensils. This third floor unit in building 5 was the perfect location to enjoy the sunset on the lanai. When we had trouble with the TV the property manager was responsive and helped us connect. Our only request would be update the system to allow streaming channels.

We loved your property. The location is excellent since it is close to the beach and restaurants. We felt like we were in paradise. A beautiful condo and beautiful resort landscaping. We’d love to come back.
Nice place, great location, clean, well stocked. We would definitely stay at this condo again. Highly recommend!
The complex is well kept and clean. Convenient to beach and stores. The unit is well furnished with all the amenities you would expect and the A/C works well. It was a good stay and would book again.

This is our second stay at Kamaole Sands. We prefer the bottom floor units, however this one was quite lovely and peaceful. Unit is very clean and has all the beach gear you need - towels, boogie boards, cooler, umbrella! We did a lot of cooking and while the untensils and appliances were great, the pots and pans were not. But we used the community grills quite a bit, which was lovely. PMI is amazing to work with. Hopefully we'll be back next year. Mahalo
We had a wonderful stay. Perfect location! Nice short walk to the beach. The pool was great when we didn’t want to be in the sand. Perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely be back!
