Papakea G303 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom single level condo located on the third floor for best ocean views! The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, new appliances, and custom lighting, making in-house cooking a joy! The living area offers plenty of seating, with bar stools, dining table with chairs for four, and sofa, with an additional outdoor dining area on the lanai! In the living room you will also find a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Stay cool with a single unit A/C in the living room and ceiling fans throughout.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, flat a screen TV (with DVD only), and en-suite bathroom which features new cabinets and sinks. The guest bedroom has on Twin size and Full size bed. In the hallway, you will find a guest bathroom with another granite sink and updated tile shower. Both bathrooms offer square demi-tub and shower combo. In addition, the living room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests. The condo also includes a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.
Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'aanapli Beach and features 11 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, 2 salt water swimming pools, 2 large jacuzzi's, 12 gas BBQ's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts and 3 lit tennis courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24-hour front desk with plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, farmer's market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo. Sand levels can vary depending on the weather and ocean conditions. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property.

Everything on Maui is better !!! People, Weather, Ocean,Food its all better here. Truely a magical place that has so much more to offer. The pictures that lured us in on verbo were 100% what we got.... amazing!!!! way better experience then a hotel. Loved our stay here

We had a very enjoyable stay in G303. Only complaint would be that the bathroom counter was dirty and also the floors. Love this resort as it is very quiet, well taken care of, and enjoyable. We will be back!

Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. This is a perfect Lahaina location, assuming you have transportation to get to get to the many Maui beaches. The only complaint is the "loud as a freight train" air conditioner.

Resort was quaint and clean. Staff very nice. Condo was clean and very well supplied and stocked. Furniture a little dated. Unfortunately we had a very loud drunk group staying above us but other than that all the other residents were quiet. Security handled noise appropriately. Resort is in good proximity to restaurants and stores. If you want a beach this is not resort for you but otherwise it’s great to lay next to ocean and have access to the pools. Putting green was fun too. Nice view from patio.

We loved Maui and our visit. Room had everything. Air was the only thing. It cooled the main area, but not the bedrooms. Although there are fans that helped. We loved the beach chairs that were available.

Everything about this condo was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were just right for the kids. The in-unit washer and dryer were a lifesaver for us because....boys.... There is a great little beach within a 5 minute walk, and other beaches were about 10 minutes in either direction. We are glad to have visited during an off time, rather than summer or spring break because the noise outside bedrooms could be a problem since the bedrooms are on the walkway side of the condo. Every drunk or inconsiderate person who passed by was noticed. All in all though, we all agree we would gladly stay here again.

This is a perfect resort for families with or without kids. First of all the unit - this was a 3 bedroom (B405) that had every amenity you could imagine. The kitchen was huge with anything you needed for cooking. The unit was West facing so you could see the sunsets. There are two pool areas on the complex and plenty of grills for cooking.
There is not really a useful beach on the property but a few minutes drive takes you to a beach park with plenty of parking.
