    The place was very comfy and clean. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was ok and a great view of the harbor and boats. The building is older and really needs some repairs! We needed to do laundry but the machines were broken. There was also a lot of street noise with the door and window closed. The parking is in the building which is convenient since the property is on the 8th floor. The daily rate for parking is 25 dollars a night It went up when management was changed. It was a good choice!

    The location of this unit was perfect for our stay. It was a short walk to Waikiki, Ala Moana Beach and the Ala Moana Shopping Center.

    The property was nice and the view was beautiful. Everything was good except for the essentials amenities for cooking in the kitchen was missing and the toilet seat was loose. Other then that the place was clean and spacious for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids).

    Condo was okay, but old. Only one elevator of two working. AC was weak and room smelled musty every time we came in. Manager was responsive to text messages. View of Waikiki was very nice. Busy location in downtown tourist area.

    This is an excellent location—beautiful views and a high enough floor that you don’t get much street noise. Also loved having Chart House restaurant—a longtime favorite—right in the building. ABC Superette across the street has lots of groceries and necessities in small sizes. And being at one end of Waikiki, you can easily get out to other parts of the island without big traffic jams. Would definitely stay here again.
