2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo in Elua Village, Wailea's premier, gated beachfront destination. Nice ocean views from the lanai, living room, kitchen and master bedroom. True beach front complex. Our unit is just a 4 minute walk to Ulua beach (consistently voted one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui).
Complete renovation in Fall 2018. All new appliances, air conditioning, furnishings, & travertine stone flooring. Oversized private front lanai & fenced back patio, two full bathrooms, premium furnishings and large flat screen tv's. New premier-hotel grade luxury pillow-top beds. Also new residential sized washer and dryer.
Coffee lovers? There is a Nespresso machine, a Keurig pod machine and a full pot drip brewer. Pull-out sleeper sofa in living room has a premium 8” pillow top mattress. Far superior to a hotel stay, once you try a resort condo you’ll never go back.
NOTE: 3 things to be aware of when shopping condos;
1) Ocean Views; A number of units claim “ocean views” when in fact the view is only from a balcony. Consider the perspective shown on the photos. Our unit 2105 has an excellent ocean view from the master, living room, kitchen AND lanai.
2) Beach View, or Beach FRONT? Most Wailea resort complexes have ocean views, but many require you to drive (and hunt for parking) OR to cross busy roads to access the beach (while shlepping your gear). Elua Village is LITERALLY ocean front. You will also love the convenient beach showers, the ocean front pool, and huge private ocean front lawn with loungers. Enjoy some of the best snorkeling & stand-up paddle boarding on the island without ever having to leave the resort (See the guest photos of turtles & rays, taken just off our beach).
3) Fitness Center - Few of the vacation rental complexes in Kihei or Wailea have a fitness center. Elua's is ocean front... pretty hard to beat! We also provide yoga mats in our condo for your convenience.
Elua Village has a Pickle ball court with gear provided.
Bring the family - Lots of water toys & private back yard for the kids. Boogie boards, snorkel gear, tennis & pickleball rackets and ice chests provided. You will also find a nice selection of Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas and sun mats.
Bedroom #2 is set as a king. (Photo is illustration only) It can be split to 2 adult twins for an additional $50 (hskpr charge).
ELECTRONICS; Our condo has USB fast charge outlets throughout, 2 desk top USB/AC chargers. Large HD flat screens, Blue Ray player w Netflix, and a state of the art Marshall amp/speaker with Blue tooth connection for your music enjoyment.
Look closely at photos of similar Elua units and you can see that ours is one of only a few where the master bath was expanded to add a large walk in shower, and the kitchen was expanded and opened up to the living room and ocean view. (By eliminating unnecessary closets and moving the AC and hot water into the garage.) This was an extensive renovation component that makes 2105 markedly superior to units without this change.

We are a family of four (children now adults) who have consistently stayed in the Wailea area.
This property was our best Maui experience ever; the complex, the grounds, walking proximity to amenities, the beach, and the amazingly comfortable and well equipped condo were all perfect.
Tim and Alisa were super receptive and helpful with a handful of small questions and we appreciated their thorough tips and up to date island recommendations.

Great location. Fabulous view from front lanai. Convenient for beach, golf, restaurants and shopping.
The unit was clean and well equipped, comfortable beds, great showers.
The owners are very responsive and the local reps very helpful.
The Elua property is well maintained and a very pretty setting.
Found good Uber service and take-out service from Manoli’s
We suggested upgraded bedding for second bedroom and Alisha advises that new comforters have been obtained.
There was a bit of a stuffy/musty smell that was stronger in the back bedroom and while the condo itself was clean, some of the glasses and plates needed to go in the dishwasher before being used.
Overall, we had a great vacation!

Enjoyed a week at this wonderful condo! The property is gorgeous. Condo was clean, quiet, and convenient to shopping and beach. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners on the wonderful lanai! Kitchen was well stocked with spices and coffee. Can’t wait to return.

My family and I (2 teenagers and 3 adults) had a wonderful stay in Maui. The place was perfect for us and located in a great location. The condo is exactly as advertised and included beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc as listed in the description. Alisa responded in a very timely and helpful manner with any questions I had regarding our trip. She also provided us with some great restaurant and activity recommendations. Being able to walk and run along the Wailea beach path was a huge plus for us. As stated, the condo is located near the entrance at the top of the hill so it is approximately a 5 minute walk to the main pool and beach. This was not an issue for us and gave us a chance to explore the Elua property grounds. We had no trouble finding chaise lounges under the umbrellas down at the main pool and enjoyed the fact the property feels more spacious and quieter than the neighboring hotel resorts. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to return someday soon.

We enjoyed our stay while vacationing in Maui. The owners quickly responded to a couple minor details when we arrived. Check in was easy and location of this condo is perfect. The owners booklet gave many great recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, etc. The condo offered plenty of towels, beach towels, chairs and equipment. Short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the views from the lanai both early morning and evenings. The property landscaping is beautiful and well kept. We will definitely return!

The property is modern, up-to-date, in good shape and well-stocked with linens, towels and beach gear. It's in a great location, with a front lanai with an ocean view and a gorgeous patio at the back. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The owners have a very light touch, providing us with space but also providing a handy guidebook of information, and recommended restaurants and activities.

Perfect condo to experience Wailea at it's best!
Lovely ocean view from your covered lanai - the place to be for coffee every morning. Beautiful remodeled condo, fully equipped, plenty of space in all living areas inside and on the outside lanai's. Meticulously landscaped grounds, private pickle ball court, relaxing pool areas and easy beach access. Walking distance to neighboring resort dining (Morimoto's, Humble Kitchin),
Wailea shops and market. Easy access to the walking path for morning walks to Polo Beach and back.
The owners were responsive, generous and super accommodating, they really wanted us to have the perfect Wailea vacation - and we did!!
A definite repeat.....Mahalo!

We had an awesome time here - condo is a big 2 bedroom with plenty of space for the family, and the Elua Village complex is fantastic. We'd spend the mornings at the beach, the afternoons at the pool (which has one of the best pool views of probably anywhere in the world), and the evenings walking along the path. We will absolutely be back!
