We originally rented units #143, #145 & #149 in the Kōloa Tower. Six months after our reservation was made and confirmed with deposit placed, we were notified that the condo owner of #149 wanted the unit for the time that included our stay so they would need to move us. Fortunately we were able to move up one floor to #249 so we were still in the general area with the rest of our friends. The 143 and 145 units were great.. Unit 249 had a beautiful view but we had cockroach problems in the kitchen during the entire stay. We called the management and they sent someone to spray. We still continued to find live roaches so called again and they came and set traps and sprayed again. The maintenance worker told me the roaches just keep moving from one unit to another. We would find them on the kitchen counter, Island counter and in the drawers and cupboards. We took extra precautions to ziplock all our food, sweep after each meal, regularly remove the trash but to no avail. The units are very spacious and overall a beautiful facility.

This property was really idyllic for our family. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, the kitchens well equipped, and the connected lanais allowed for easy access and sharing. Everyone had ample space to relax and have fun. The location is perfect for children and adults - easy access to the variety of pools and the beach. I noted that our adult children were not shy about referring to a repeat trip.
Communication from the property managers was detailed and through, making it easy to navigate arrival and departure and use of the space. The few questions we had were answered promptly and courteously. This was the best VRBO property we have ever rented.
