Great house. Comfortable and spacious. It is also well appointed. Half mile walk to the lagoons that are safe for swimming. Great outdoor area overlooking the tenth tee on a beautiful golf course.

We enjoyed our stay in Oct/22.The home is bright,spacious,qquiet, has a great view, and the location to beach,restaurants & golf course is excellent. Most of what we needed was supplied. The downside to this property was the maintenance/cleanliness aspect. Some of the white white carpets were stained,furniture needed dusting,a wall with dirty hand prints and glass shower doors,bathroom taps & sinks (should be replaced)with hard water deposits left us wondering how much cleaning had been done.The furniture (indoor and outdoor) is tired. There were holes/hooks in walls where pictures/shelves once hung.For the price paid we expected more. Check in/out was good although keyless entry would make it even better. All things considered we still had a great time in Ko'Olina!
The property was in a great location, close to the beach and attractions. We were there for a month and our adult kids and their partners visited as well. The property is very spacious, very clean and well maintained but is a little tired and needs a bit of a refresh.
In our opinion, There needs to be a bit of investment by the owners to return it to like new. Example, paint, new mattresses, outdoor furniture, dishes, etc. For such a large home, there was only the one couch in the living room which makes it difficult for four adults to watch TV. There is also only one TV in the living room, none in the bedrooms. Also, would have been nice to have a small office or desk area for those that would like to work remotely. Having an attached garage was awesome and there were plenty of beach chairs, coolers etc which was nice. We just purchased a beach umbrella and left it there. Overall a great home and we had a great holiday in KoOlina Kai.

Yukie was extremely accommodating! This rental was perfect! Time went by so fast even after being there for an entire month. The house has pretty much everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach accessories including swim toys, snorkels and boogie board. There are bikes to rent outside of the gated community which we took advantage of. The rental is right on the golf course which is amazing and walking distance to shops, lagoons and Aulani. It is very well maintained! I can say so much more but just see for yourself!
