Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: spectacular views of the lagoon, ocean, marina and friday night fireworks! building is older but this unit has been updated with newer kitchen and bathrooms. the parking spot can be tricky to get into when other larger carsare parked nearby.

Parking stall was a lifesaver. Great communication with Captain Cook Resorts. Only gave 4 stars for general condition, because living room sofa and chair need deep clean or replaced.

The property manager was very helpful. The rental was spotless. Location was great. We were very satisfied with the condition of the unit. A beautiful unit with fantastic views. The Hilton fireworks from the lanai were awesome. The sunrise from the lagoon and sea wall were stunning. About a 10 min walk to the main strip in Waikiki. Overall, we highly recommend this vacation rental.

We enjoyed the Hilton fireworks from our lanai and the desk location was perfect with a great view when I needed to work. Not inexpensive but very, very nice.

Stayed for a couple of nights and really enjoyed the view and location of this property. Has everything we needed and Paul was great. The free parking is a nice park as parking across the street is almost $70 a night and there are convenient places to eat on property.
