Property was well equipped and right across from Whalers, perfect location. It was clean and ready for us. Check in/out were very clear and easy. View from the lanai is gorgeous. Pool was clean and almost always empty! Master bedroom and secondary room beds were very both comfortable. The couch pullout bed however, wasn’t the most comfy. Bonus: Our favorite, pressed coffee is only a 5 minute walk away. Had a few hiccups with shortage of towels and remote controls (TV set up is very old) however owned was great! Extremely responsive and very helpful. Mahalo for the beautiful stay!
We stayed at this beautiful condo during our son's wedding in Maui. The unit was clean, spacious and had all the comforts of home. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The view from the lanai was gorgeous and we enjoyed our evening drinks to unwind after the long days.The location was great - just a 12 min walk to Kaanapali beach, Whaler's village and many restaurants on the beach. Monkeypod Kitchen was our favorite. The grounds were very nicely kept as was the pool area. We only used the pool once but it was very nice and refreshing.Rick was incredibly kind, welcoming and easy to communicate with. He provided all the information we needed and some.We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.Mahalo!

We had three generations with us on our trip and we all loved our time and accommodations. Rick was incredibly helpful, understanding, and communicative. The place was clean and spacious, no bugs!! (which was a concern with quite a few of the other places we were looking at). It was in a great location, and the amenities kept surprising us! The condo is well stocked with pool and beach toys, games, seating indoor and out, and lots of kitchen supplies for staying in and making meals. My kids loved the pool, basketball courts, views, sand toys, and boogie boarding. This place has all you will need for a rich experience on Maui! We will definitely be recommending this location and returning for future visits. Thank you for sharing your bit of Hawai’i heaven with us!

The condo was super amazing, had space to move and it made us feel at home. It was conveniently located among so many wonderful places to go explore and sight see. Would highly recommend and plan to return!
The view was awesome and the proximity to the pool was great. I’ve stayed at Kaanapali Royal Condos several time. It’s always super quiet. Rick was always quick to respond to any questions I may have had.

We had an unforgettable stay at this amazing condo near Lahaina with our extended family (a total of 5 people), and it was perfect for everyone! The space was comfortable, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation.
One of the best features was the beach gear provided — snorkel kits, body boards, beach chairs, and a sun umbrella! These extras made our beach days so convenient and fun. We especially loved snorkeling and bodyboarding at the nearby beaches without needing to rent any equipment.
The location was fantastic, close to all the great spots in Lahaina yet peaceful and quiet for relaxing evenings. The hosts were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

From the moment I booked this property I knew we were going to have a great time. Rick was prompt and responsive from the get go. Not only did he answer my questions he offered tips & recommendations on things to do while we were there so helped in continuing to plan our trip. We referred to his recommendations regularly. When we were tired from a long day of traveling with 5 kids, he was there to help guide us getting in immediately & was incredibly kind in doing so. (Complete user error. Instructions were very clear & easy to follow.) He checked in the next day to make sure we were comfortable & comfortable we were! It had everything we needed & more for our family of 7 (2 parents & kids aged 20, 14, 12. 5 & 3.) Also plenty for babies too. Space for all of us to sleep comfortably, plenty of pillows, blankets, sheets & towels for our week long stay. All the beds/pillows were comfortable! The location was amazing & views were some of our favorites! Took a ton of pictures just off our lanai. We Loved walking to Whalers village, Kaanapali beach & Black Rock. Went to Whalers almost daily because it was so easy & fun. Lots of meals on the lanai & inside comfortably as we had everything we needed to cook most meals there with a well stocked kitchen & grill was a plus. The available electronics & extras like snorkeling/beach gear was impressive! Parking was no problem and we felt more than safe in the gated community. Would stay here again & have already recommended to others!
Unit was absolutely fantastic! Unit was well appointed and in perfect condition. No detail overlooked. Can’t wait to get back next summer. You will not be disappointed.
We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The condo was nice, we enjoyed the pool side BBQ, large lanai, tennis courts, and especially the air conditioning!
Rick communicates promptly. Nice location, close to Whalers Village and to the beach. Parking is easy. Awesome pool and hot tub for relaxation. Place is well equipped for cooking, laundry, and have miscellaneous stuff like beach chairs, inflatables, snorkeling gear, etc.
