The garage is available for personal item storage only (no vehicles please). We provide beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and other beach items for your convenience.

While here you are walking distance to snorkeling beach, shopping, grocery store, restaurants and movie theatres. The property was very clean and up-to-date. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and plenty of items for the pool, beach, and outings. Views from the lanai were amazing and the best part of the day was drinking coffee in the early morning and looking out at the ocean. Because the building is curved, you really get a sense of privacy. The pool is just a short walk away. Also walked up to the local coffee and crepe shop in the morning which I would highly recommend. Far enough away from the business of downtown yet still close enough to get to whatever you need quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this condo! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and lacked nothing. Stores and beaches are in walking or short driving distance. Ruth, and her local manager, were very quick to respond to questions. We watched many beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The complex itself is well maintained and very quiet. We are happily recommending this condo to friends and family should they visit the Big Island. It would be our first choice should we be fortunate enough to return. Thank you, Ruth, for sharing this piece of paradise.

This is a great complex. The unit was fantastic. A great view from the lanai. Perfect to watch the sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked. The garage was full of beach supplies/toys. Definitely will stay here again when we come back.

Staying in our Condo, K2, was like living in a home away from home.
It was excellent.
Almost anything we needed was already there.
We shopped and left items there to pay back the good will we were given

My family immensely enjoyed our stay! The townhome was beautiful, the furniture and the beds comfortable. Quiet location, beautiful views from the lanais. Pool was close and well maintained as were the grounds. The attention to detail was appreciated. We were easily able to make meals in the kitchen using the home’s dishes and accessories. There were some beach items in the garage which saved us from having to rent items. The washer/dryer worked really well as did the AC on warmer nights, and the supply of towels was helpful! Easy to get to Kailua Village and shopping.
Above all of that, Ruth was extremely kind to us when we were working through a family emergency. Would 100% rent from again!

Could not be happier with finding this condo to snowbird in for a month. I hesitate sharing how much I enjoyed it because I don't want too many of you to race to book it and I miss out on the opportunity to rent it again. ;) The unit was perfect. It is quiet, clean and near the pool. Really enjoyed my daily walks around the neighborhood. I have no complaints and have already booked for next year! Mahalo!

This is our second stay in K-2 and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The location is great, easy to walk to the grocery store(s). We spent most of our time by the pool and were less than a 20 minute drive to tons of beaches. We'll definitely be back!

The owner Ruth, was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. This condo is extremely well appointed and well kept. The views from the lanais were beautiful! The complex itself is well maintained with great features such as the pool. Very close to amenities and beaches too. Highly recommend Ruth and this condo!
