The listing was exactly as described. Great property and unit!! Couldn’t be beat. We look forward to another visit one day!! The ONLY possible improvement would be providing BBQ tools… otherwise, it was perfect!!

The unit was clean, in a great location and the hosts were very responsive/proactive in communicating. We will be back!
Great value. Good size for our family of 4. The beach chairs and cooler were great to use. It was nice being on the 7th floor and near the elevator. View is good of the mountains. The property is fun with all the pools and easy access to the beach.
Improvements: Listing said the king bed could be made into 2 twins. Housekeeping said this was not possible. We made it work, but was inconvenient. The kitchen has items, but is not well stocked (only salt and pepper), pots and pans are adequate, not temporary storage ware, foil, wrap, bags. Parking lines in the garage need to be repainted.
Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was so comfortable and everyone had plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable, which we usually don't say on reviews! Can't wait to go back!

Very clean facilities, great beach access. Would not recommend the on site restaurant, Duke’s, for food. Food was the worst we had during our week long stay. Great for cocktail service though around the people. Service was awesome, but wouldn’t spend the money on the food.
Towel kiosks are the most convenient that we have come across for towel service. Always stocked.
Their general store is also very well stocked. We found almost everything we ever needed there. But there is Time’s across the way which is much better for pricing. Can’t speak to their food items as much though as we already bought our groceries from Safeway by the time we found this place.

We had the best time at this VRBO! It was equipped with towels, chairs and an umbrella for our use! The washer/dryer was very convenient as well. Full kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing and was aimed right at our daily rainbow. We had a very nice stay! Mahalo!

We stayed mid March and had a wonderful time. The unit was as described - nicely decorated, clean, fantastic Mountain View, large patio, well stocked kitchen.
The only recommendation to the owner would be to have mirrors in the bedrooms or living room as the bathroom was the only mirror. Parking in the underground garage was also sometimes a challenge given right spaces, but luckily we were able to find surface parking by the other building when the underground was full.

My family loved the stay over there, there was a lot of pools and hot tubs. my kids loved the slide! There were a few things in the unit that needed a little touch up, but overall was great!
We have stayed at Honua Kai many times and were lucky to find this unit semi last minute for our trip this March. The property is in such a wonderful location and has so many amenities, including the best pools for kids and adults. It also has a Dukes restaurant on the property and it is right on the beach. I enjoy their gym and running along the long boardwalk in the mornings as well.
This unit was very accommodating for my four family members, (as it allows for 6). Having the washer and dryer it’s always a plus and the expensive lanai is absolutely beautiful.
We did have to contact the property manager a couple times, once for sheets they forgot to put in the condo, and also the allotment of beach towels. Other than that, everything went off without a hitch and they were very accommodating and quick in rectifying the issues. The issue is most likely were due to the fact we booked last minute.
We definitely would stay in this unit again. It was our first time with and all Mountain View and it was absolutely gorgeous. I thought I might miss the beach view, but it really was so pleasant and absolutely beautiful. You actually see less of buildings and more of nature instead of beach and the side of another unit, so I would highly recommend this unit!
It’s one of the best condo properties on Maui
