We enjoyed our stay. House is clean and spacious. We loved the thoughts that goes into providing things for traveling guests....coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Those things came in very handy. Beds were comfortable. Not a complaint but only as a FYI, the property requests that the temperature not be set below 74F because the AC may freeze. The master bedroom is comfortable with the fan running at the temperature setting but the downstairs bedroom is definitely warmer. Very convenient location. We would book again.
This is our 2nd time staying here. We love the location, access to the pool, beach supplies and shops close by. Communication with management was awesome. The only wish is to have a little more back stock on things such as paper towels, bathroom toiletries (ran out on day 2/13). We also noticed what looked like mold on the vent on the ceiling.
Not too far from Kona airport. Well kept landscaping and pool area. Clean and neat rooms. We had minor problems with downstairs bedroom ceiling fan. It was fixed in timely manner. Friendly and communicative staff members. Quite and eye pleasing community. We would definitely come back here again. I would suggest to clean AC vents in living room as it accumulated some dust. Maybe to update bath and beach towels.
Everything was very good and we had a good stay in your lovely spot. The only trouble was the pool that was closed for maintenance for 3 days which wasn’t super considering the heat and warm, sunny days.Otherwise, we enjoyed the surrounding beaches, the volcanos and lava tubes and exploring Hilo!
Condo was comfortable, beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked with pots and pans and dishes.
It was a very nice condo. The property was vey pretty. Good location. Definitely would stay again.
We loved the unit; spacious , clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and beautiful beach 15 mins away. We had a small issue with a blind and James the maintenance guy came out and fixed it swiftly. The only things that may need looking at are: dishwasher first clean too well and the tv downstairs was tricky to figure out. But overall, it was a beautiful place would return to this lovely home.
This condo was actually better than expected. The additional beach gear was very useful and the overall setting of the accommodations made this a high rating. Vacasa came through in the way they interacted and kept up with questions about our needs. The cleaning crew is to be recognized for their thoroughness. Overall a great vacation. Thanks

Very comfortable home, perfect for 2 couples. Close to the pool, nice walking path. Very quiet.
Great property with pool and amenities nearby. We had a great trip! Good launching spot to explore the island. Very comfortable condo. Only thing we’d have different is the flooring in the unit. Many cracked and broken floor tiles and fortunate no one cut their toes.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen/beach supplies are well stocked. The living room furniture has been updated since the photos were taken, too. The only thing that proved to be a bit of a pain for us was having two cars and only one parking spot. The listing doesn’t explain that there are other spots to park within the resort area but they fill up every day, so it became a daily stress for us trying to search for limited parking whenever we used our second vehicle, and sometimes wouldn’t find any. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.
Lovely home. Plenty of room for family of 6.
