This property is awesome! Unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The complex is only two buildings, which helps limit the number of people around. Not having AC was not an issue. Host responded promptly to questions and was very easy to work with.
We watched whales and turtles from our lanai each day we were there. The view of the ocean from the lanai cannot be beat. You are very close to the ocean. The sand area of the beach is smaller but adequate. There is plenty of lawn space and beach chairs for everyone.
We used the condo as our base for exploring Maui. We very much enjoyed our stay. Our highlight was returning each evening to watch the sunset over the ocean from the balcony. The accommodations matched the listing. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit and all of the beach gear available. We found the beach at the condo to be good for a quick dip in the evening but we would not spend all day there. The vibe of the pool and beach area is more adults just hanging out and we felt more comfortable going to nearby beaches to let our three and two year old enjoy themselves. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and if we are lucky enough to return to Maui we would look this place up to try to stay here again.
We enjoyed the stay a great deal. The setting is beautiful, and the visits by the turtles were an added bonus.
This condo was fabulous. Perfect for our daughters honeymoon. Close to everything. Turtles every day on the beach and in the water. This complex is our go to every time we visit Maui
The rental was clean, in the perfect location and the owner was very clear and responsive in all of the messages. Would strongly recommend to anyone coming to Maui!

The best part about the property are the amazing views of the beach and sunsets. Turtles come all the time and just lie on the beach. It’s a small private beach which is great as well. The unit does not have air conditioning but that didn’t bother us at all, the unit has plenty of great air circulation and the weather is great all year round. The unit was very clean wen well stocked. The beach can be a little rocky inside the water so keep that in mind but has some grear fish for snorkelling. Watched people head out a bit further and conveniently surf as well. Would definitely stay again. Communication and access to the property was extremely smooth as well.
We loved this condo - the view and whale/dolphin/turtle watching were amazing! The condo has everything you need and we loved being so close to the water. We used the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. Every afternoon two or three turtles came up to rest on the beach and weren't bothered at all by the people, who fortunately kept their distance. It's a very pretty, small property with a very nice pool and hot tub. There were plenty of lounge chairs to sit on the lawn right next to the beach. It's a nice swimming beach and the snorkeling is pretty good. You will usually see turtles and there's a fair amount of fish over by the rocks to the right of the beach. We snorkeled twice and it was kind of murky, even when the water appeared calm, but it was nice to be able to snorkel right off the beach - we weren't really expecting that. Snorkeling might be better in the summer. We found great snorkeling in nearby Napili Bay (right side), Wailea area in South Maui and Honolua Bay to the north. We also highly recommend PacWhale Eco Adventures for a whale watching trip - it was fantastic and the guides very knowledgeable. Communication was very easy with the condo owner and the other residents/guests were friendly. The hibiscus on the property are amazing - colors I've never seen anywhere else. Would definitely stay there again! Maui is more expensive than ever, but there are a few great happy hour places - both MonkeyPod locations (Whaler's Village and Wailea), Sea House restaurant at Napili Bay and Beach House Bar & Grill on the Sands of Kahana property. All are close to the condo except the Wailea MonkeyPod location.
We did like this property very much! The view from the lanai area was great & so loved hearing the sound of the ocean when we slept. All was good in kitchen except 1 fry pan(medium sized) had a bit of rust?/grease? on it. Towels were awesome for size and we found entry to place easy access for us! Elevator close @ hand good & quiet neighbors. The only issue we had was the stairs as both of fell even though we had treads on our flip flops. There was an instant light that alerted us to steps but this was our 1st time in a condo where we should have more diligent in where we were walking. Loved the drawers for storage!
Didn't know bbq was charcoal only, maybe we didn't read that part of the guide book.
We were glad to be in the area.
