Our exquisite ocean view condo is located in Kihei, Maui! This 1,100 sq. ft. vacation haven boasts 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twin beds) with ample closet space, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area with a lofty cathedral ceiling, providing a sense of openness and tranquility. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, while a queen-sized pull-out bed couch in the living area offers additional sleeping options. Additionally, during your stay, you can enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer unit at your disposal.
Strategically located in Building 7, this condo offers unobstructed, panoramic ocean views from its lanai, which has two open sides. Enjoy the majestic sight of the ocean and the serene beauty of Haleakala Mountain without any obstructions. Building 7 is the second closest building to the beach, ensuring a peaceful and private atmosphere away from street noise. Unlike other units in the complex, our lanai provides a wide and spectacular ocean view, making it the best vantage point to witness breathtaking sunsets and sunrises in serenity.
Convenience is key, as this condo is situated just in front of the pool and BBQ facility, making family gatherings and outdoor cooking a breeze. Being on the south side (Wailea side) of the complex means that the lanai remains shaded throughout the day, allowing you to relax and indulge in the awe-inspiring ocean view without the intensity of tropical afternoon sunlight that affects units on the northern side (Kihei side).
We've recently updated the unit with new carpeting, flooring, and furniture, ensuring a fresh and comfortable ambiance. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, enjoy cable television on each level, and take advantage of ceiling fans in every room, as well as air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room. For your convenience, we provide beach equipment, boogie boards, and more, all conveniently stored in the lanai storage.
Building 7 guarantees front door parking, a luxury not available in Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4, which are on the northern side of the complex. With its prime location and array of amenities, our unit offers the best experience for your vacation needs—proximity to the beach, unobstructed views, serenity free from traffic noise, easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and hassle-free front door parking.

My husband and 2 college aged kids stayed here for 5 days after Christmas. We loved the condo. It is clean, nice mattresses, good tv, a closet full of boogie boards, etc. One or all of us walked into Kihei every morning for coffees or acai bowls. We spent many hours at the beach across the street and late afternoons cooled off in the pool and the shade. We cooked breakfast and made lunches in the condo kitchen and tried food carts and restaurants at night. We rented pickleball paddles and played in the condo courts - super fun. It is a very active and also quiet place to stay - no loud noises at night. Guests were respectful of propery and one another. We will visit again!

This place really is fantastic. Neat and clean. Great location, with a beautiful beach literally just across the street. The lanai (patio) closet is well stocked with all the beach goodies you need to enjoy your time.
The swimming pool is a bit small and the water is a bit cold. But if all you want is a cool dip, then it works. Honestly, you'll be spending all your time at the wonderful nearby beach anyways. :)
There's lots of food options that are a short walk and/or drive away.

This beach condo was perfect for our family vacation. Exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location is amazing. Even though you can walk to the other Kamaole beaches, Kamaole beuach III was the one my kids loved to hang at. They even had lifeguards at their beaches which was nice. The swimming pool and grounds are very well kept. If you’re looking for a condo close to the beach then I wouldn’t hesitate to book this one. We loved it.

We have stayed at Hale Kamaole many times for its beautiful grounds and location. Our condo this year was everything we expected. Slept 4 very comfortably, had an excellent washer/dryer that held large loads. It was stocked with lots of good quality beach towels. The beach chairs however are showing some wear and tear, but this is minor. The view on the lanai was perfect for whale watching and looking at the volcano.

A very clean condo with easy beach access to Kameole Beach Park III, which is directly across the street. The condo overlooks the lower pool and BBQ area with the ocean in the background. The accommodations have everything that you need and are very comfortable.

The space was just what we needed for three adults and two little kids. The grounds of the property were peaceful and my son loved playing in the large grass area and the pool. Part of the joy of the experience was meeting others who were vacationing at the property, and we loved the location! Great food all around, good people and beautiful views. Memorable sunsets each night.
