    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in Waikiki . Bus stop is at front door. Renovated pool deck and swimming pool are fabulous . Very clean unit .

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the building is really great. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to waikiki beach. And it only takes about 4 minutes to reach waikiki malls. But during my staying the power of the building went off two times. And fire alarm was triggered one time so we have to go downstairs without using elevator. And the building and facilities in it is pretty old.

    I will start by saying the room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillow and bedding was clean and the pillows were great. It was very comfortable for the four of us staying there. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The things that needed to be improved are the windows were very dirty and we’re very difficult to open I believe this is a simple fix by oiling the windows openers and by having the cleaners clean the windows. The other problem is the sliding glass door was also very difficult to open and close. Biggest disappointment was the pool was not open and hadn’t been open for a long time I believe this should be stated in the advertisement as one of our people could not swim in the ocean and was very disappointed the pool was not open.. The barbeques were not working outside but the security staff got one of them work working on an electric one so we were able to do our steaks which we are very pleased about. The security staff people were great we had a leak in our bathtub apparently that was leaking into the suite downstairs and they had it fixed within hours. So my comment would be that the cleaning staff need to do a better job of cleaning the floors and the windows and if you could get Maintance in there to fix the very stiff window openers and the door this place would be perfect. Overall we had a great vacation and will book here again. The location is fabulous

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start out to say this condo is in a great location it is close to shopping the beach there is a bus stop right outside the door. There is security 24 hours a day. There was four of us and our room was very nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the linen and pillows were nice. There were problems with dirty windows, hard to open windows and patio door. The pool was Nonexistent and had been not available for sometime. It should not be advertised as having a pool and the barbeques were also not available. It has a very nice laundry area also. If they had a pool and BBQ we’re working this condo would be perfect

    A beautiful house in a great area. Very clean and comfortable with lots of space. A huge kitchen with every amenity, a billiards table, a swimming pool, and lush greenery all around. It was a wonderful place to spend a vacation.
