We would definitely stay again. The condo was in good shape, the bed was comfortable, the building was quiet, and it had EVERYTHING you needed - Beach chairs, coolers, towels, etc. It's in a great location.
Ten paces to the pool, 50 paces to the beach/ocean. Perfect temperatures, low 80s minimal humidity, and no rain. Walked the beautiful beach daily (in both directions) for 1-2 miles each way. Walking distance to the Farmers market, local store, bakery and Hawaiian shave ice. Spouse was able to enjoy the beach/pool while I rented a road bike for the week and got 100 miles in (with a lot of elevation gain). Snorkeling was very close. Partook in the Te Au Moana Luau which was spectacular. Even did the Kahekili Highway (Kapalua to Kahului) which was both breathtaking and dangerous. Overall, a fabulous trip!
Our host (Linda) was wonderful and always prompt with communications. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, and we loved that it was 1st floor with our lanai walking out just steps away from a gorgeous pool and beach. Would definitely stay here again!
This was an easy to reach location. The view was great. Everything was clean and nice.
The condo is cozy and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is galley type and small, but well stocked with basic kitchen supplies. The location is wonderfully centered on the West side of Maui. You will need a car, but many interesting locations are nearby, i.e. aquarium, harbor. We loved our stay.

The unit was clean, well maintained and has everything we needed. Just steps away from both the pool and beach! There is also a sandwich shop located in the complex that was excellent.
Fantastic location in the resort and on the island. Literally steps away from the beach. The unit has everything needed, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer for laundry, boogie boards, etc. Linda was very responsive and accommodating, definitely recommend staying at this unit if you're looking at Sugar Beach.
Great location, everything you need can be accessed just a walk down the beach away.

The property is well equipped and the location is perfect. I'd only suggest that you add WiFi, better pillows and more beach towels

I stayed for 6 nights at the property and loved it!
The pool was cleaned every day and was a very social place to hang out. If you preferred more quiet you could use the lounge chairs surrounding the lawn area around the pool.
The unit was ideally located steps from the beach and on the ground floors and was very comfortable and spacious.
Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The grill area is terrific and we used it 3 of the 6 nights we were there.The water is really churned up in that area so we never be had clear water. Also, at about 4 feet in the water there were rocks so bring water shoes. Overall I loved the place and would go back

Our first floor corner condo was so comfortable with all the amenities of home and with Island decor. The patio was just steps to the beach and pool and garden area. The
parking was free and steps from our unit.
There was one day that the resort was without hot water and the hot tub was not in operation; but the problem was fixed the next day. Other than that, our stay was wonderful with lovely sunsets, ocean swims & short drives to shops & restaurants. We loved it!
What a great 10 days we had. Arrived a little early, so we were able to get a great sandwich at the on-site sandwich shop. Checked into our room and it was exactly as described. Very clean. Located right next to the pool. The pool and hot tub were great! Lots of chairs at the pool and it was never super busy. The hot tub did not work for the last 3 days, but that was no fault of the owner. We spent lot of time in the very comfortable chairs in the grassy area by the ocean. Wonderful views! Our hope is to return to this exact condo next year!! Thanks to Linda for sharing this awesome place with us as we celebrated our 40 year wedding anniversary!!
Sugar Beach is a wonderful resort. Condo 112 is just steps from the beach! The resort has beautiful landscaping, a clean pool and hot tub. Everything we needed was furnished.
Kihei is also a great central location to get to anywhere on the island.
