There were bugs in the apartment. They had scheduled exterminator to show up right on the next day after our arrival and I did not want them to spray things while we had our stuff around. They could have done the extermination stuff prior to our arrival. Quite few bugs showed up in the kitchen.
Other thing is that I had to return a day earlier. But the property managers do not have policy to refund those days of early checkout. This is unlike many hotels I have stayed it, these other hotels had a no-questions refund policy for early checkout.
This place was fantastic. My Wife and I, along with our three children under 12 years old, stayed here and it was perfect. We slept in the bedroom and the two fold out beds were perfect for the kids. There is a pool literally right downstairs, and a beach right across the road - you are there in about 90 seconds. You can see the sunset (which is stunning) every night from the balcony which we also loved. Everything was smooth, we will be back!
Family of 4 stayed Christmas week with car. 2 kids: 15 & 21. Quiet location at the end of Kihei strip. Kids can walk to all Kamaole beaches, shops, restaurants at night. Fun. Sunsets were perfect from the lanai every night! Sports closet with beach gear was a bonus (donated our bodyboard for next group). Unit could use minor upgrades. Furniture is old. Not enough bedding and weekly bathroom supplies for 4. Mahalo!

We loved this location, just steps to the beach and the sunset from the balcony was amazing! Although we didn’t use them the two pull out couches is a great feature and we would love to come back again! Thank you! P.S your guest book is full, would have loved to leave a note!
Our family 2 adults + 2 children tayed at this property in late June, early July 2024 and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Kehei is a nice beach town and this property is right across the street from Kamaole III beach park, which is a fantastic spot if you have kids!
The property was clean, comfortable, and pricing was reasonable. Overall, it was good value.

The property was nice and well maintained, our place was clean and had everything we need. The view was amazing and we watched whales from the lanai every day.We love this location with the kamaole beach 3 and park right across the street.
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pull out bed was comfortable as well as the main bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed this location. I would definitely go back!
The suite was nice, quiet, relaxing and clean on the surface, but there were cockroaches, small ones in the kitchen and the bedroom. Check in was at 4 pm, but the cleaner was still there, just for another 15 minutes. Overall very enjoyable stay. I would go back.

Location is excellent. Very nice condo full equipped with beach kit. very nice resort with free parking, swimming pools, BBQ, etc... Excellent communication with the owner.
