After a long flight, you turn the key to the door of your new vacation home and step inside. After putting your bags down, you’re drawn to the beaming natural light coming through the sliding glass door at the oceanfront end of the condo. You unlock the door and step out onto the lanai, looking in awe at the rocky sea cliffs to the east and the beautiful Poipu Beach Park to the west. Sea breezes and sunbeams brush your hair and face, the sound of the waves below you fill the air with Kauai’s oceanic symphony. You have arrived.
Returning inside, you find your beautifully upgraded and updated vacation home. The owner has spared no expense to make sure that this slice of island living is replete with exquisite furnishing and details alike. Recent remodels and upgrades have taken 303A to a new level of luxury. The fully-stocked kitchen has been completely remodeled: exotic Zebra wood cabinets were installed alongside new countertops and new appliances. New pillowtop tile was installed throughout the living areas, which is cool and comfortable to the touch. Granite capping to the washer and dryer was installed along with new cabinets above. The main bedroom was completely remodeled alongside an overhaul of the bathroom as well. Finally, the entire unit was repainted to tie the bow on this incredible property.
At 303A, you’ll awake every morning to the scenes of the ocean right out of the bedroom window in the main bedroom. The unit is air conditioned in the main bedroom and living areas, so your stay will always be perfectly comfortable and welcoming. As the ocean breezes flow through the unit, you’ll feel completely at home in this vacation home. Between this exquisite property and the heated pool atop the rocky shore, you’ll never forget your stay at 303A.
When you’re ready to head to world famous Poipu Beach, you’ll be provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for a beautiful day in the waves. Poipu Beach Park itself is a five-minute walk away Poipu Shores, and you’ll love the oceanfront path that leads from the complex to the beach. Along the way, you’ll see the bodysurfers at Brennecke’s Beach, get some snorkel gear at Nukumoi Surf Shop, grab some shave or lunch at the restaurant next door, and finally see all the sea life in the water. ...

The condo had amazing views and equipped with everything we needed. The Property manager was wonderful to work with. I hope to stay here again one day.

Great location! Everything we needed was at the condo. Beautiful views!! We saw dolphins and turtles from our balcony. It's a great place and would recommend it to others.

It was everything we had hoped for. Accurate listing, beautifully appointed unit with a very well equipped kitchen. Peaceful and quiet yet so close to Poipu and Brenneke Beaches! We will be back for sure. Parker was available if we had any questions as well.

Just a few things I feel need attention. 1 - The remote for the main TV needs to have the IF reader changed so it's higher. It's a pain to have to raise your arm as you sit in a chair or the couch to change the channel. The shower in the spare bathroom doesn't drain properly. The fan in the spare bedroom is out of balance and makes noise. The patio door doesn't lock. Also need to make sure there are plenty of supplies such as Toilet paper. The sheets on the main bed keep coming off even after you gave us new sheets. Not sure why but could be the mattress? Also, for the price having a TV in the master bedroom would be nice. Just some constructive feedback.

Great location! Love the views. Saw turtles and dolphins.Well equipped kitchen. Clean. Good communication. The second bedroom does get hotter without air in that room. Fans helped. Would stay again

We were there for relaxing and it was an amazing time. Beautiful views watching and hearing the waves crash against the Lava rocks. We will totally stay here again.

Can’t think of a better place to stay on the south shore. The view is unbeatable, palm trees, sea and sky. We saw sea turtles from the balcony and pods of dolphins swimming by almost every day. Easy walk to poipu beach. Great place if you’re traveling with a toddler and grandparents!

This condo worked great for us. Nice and private with easy access to Poipu beach. There are several good restaurants a quick drive or a ~1.5 mile walk away. We looked at locations all over the island and after exploring the island we would definitely stay in Poipu again. The north side felt too much like a resort. Lihue was too busy. Poipu was perfect. The condo is smaller than the photos make it look, but it was plenty of room for the two of us and would have been fine if we had the kids too. I don’t know that it would be great for 2 couples though. Master bed was a little on the soft side, but not uncomfortable. Would highly recommend this place.
