You'll think you've found paradise as you relax on the lanai with your morning coffee while watching pods of spinner dolphins passing by just offshore or if in season, spotting the telltale spray from a great humpback whale surfacing for air. In the evening, you'll be spellbound by the brilliant Kona sunsets that paint the sky fiery reds before sinking below the horizon in a “green flash”. Freshly updated and decorated in a contemporary island palette, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, built-in refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer, and garbage disposal. A dinette is available for indoor dining. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa with pillow-top mattress, rattan accent chairs, a flat screen television, and ceiling fan. Wall-to-wall sliding doors lead out to the lanai which is outfitted with comfortable rockers and a table that will easily accommodate four.

The spacious and bright bedroom has a queen bed with quilted mattress topper, full closet with sliding mirrored doors, flat screen television, ceiling fan, berber carpeting, and a wall of windows which open to reveal a stunning ocean view that you can enjoy from the comfort of the bed. The bright, airy bathroom has a walk-in shower that has been accented with hand-painted tiles & ceramic flooring. Windows throughout the home are outfitted with custom wooden sliding shades that can be pulled shut for maximum light blockage. The bedroom does not have air-conditioning; AC in the living room only.

Just imagine: morning Kona coffee with ocean breeze, magnificent Hawaii sunset at your own lanai, pacific waves crashing into rocks when you asleep… these are our daily experiences when staying at Kona isle E21. It’s magical. This condo was the perfect base for my son and I’s week long stay at Kona. Very convenient location, quiet and clean. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for a breakfast or light dinner. AC in livingroom only but strong enough to keep bedroom comfortable for sleeping. We actually loved turning it off at sleeping so we hear the ocean! If you have a smaller group, no more than 4, this is your dream place to stay in Kona. Thank you, we will be back!

Property was in a perfect location! View was amazing! We sat on the balcony every chance we had! Only downfall is the air conditioner does not reach well to the bedroom but we were provided with a fan that helped circulate the air. But we were provided with a lot of amenities most places do not provide. The cooler was an exceptional help when we were out running and visiting the island. I was very pleased with all the extras provided!

Our condo at the Kona Isle Condominiums was the perfect place for my wife and I on our honeymoon. Our unit was clean, well kept and air conditioned. The lanai overlooking the pool, beach and ocean was like looking at a postcard. Sunrises and Sunsets out there were magical. We loved every minute. Our only negative (if you can call it that) was the lack of AC in the bedroom. We slept on the pullout couch in the living room, which was super comfy, just because the bed room was too hot at night.
