Located in the small and lushly landscaped Kona Isle complex, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath end unit is on the second floor of the highly desirable ocean front “E” building and offers stunning 180 degree ocean views from the lanai as well as breathtaking ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. And these aren't just ordinary ocean views…you are truly ocean front. There are no buildings blocking your view, you aren't overlooking a parking lot, and there are no cars zooming by. You'll think you've found paradise as you relax on the lanai with your morning coffee while watching pods of spinner dolphins passing by just offshore or if in season, spotting the telltale spray from a great humpback whale surfacing for air. In the evening, you'll be spellbound by the brilliant Kona sunsets that paint the sky fiery reds before sinking below the horizon in a “green flash”. And at night, you'll be lulled to sleep by the sound of ocean waves and cool island breezes.
Freshly updated and decorated in a contemporary island palette, this condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, built-in refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer, and garbage disposal. A dinette is available for indoor dining. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa with pillow-top mattress, rattan accent chairs, a flat screen television, and ceiling fan. Wall-to-wall sliding doors lead out to the lanai which is outfitted with comfortable rockers and a table that will easily accommodate four.
The spacious and bright bedroom has a queen bed with quilted mattress topper, full closet with sliding mirrored doors, flat screen television, ceiling fan, berber carpeting, and a wall of windows which open to reveal a stunning ocean view that you can enjoy from the comfort of the bed. The bright, airy bathroom has a walk-in shower that has been accented with hand-painted tiles & ceramic flooring. Windows throughout the home are outfitted with custom wooden sliding shades that can be pulled shut for maximum light blockage. The bedroom does not have air-conditioning; AC in the living room only.

We truly enjoyed this condo. The oceanfront location was ideal to experience all that the Big Island has to offer. A hundred feet in front waves crash with an amazing ferocity, To the left is a public saltwater pool that was a blast when the surf was high. Next to that you will find surfers and wonder how they are able to perform their quick turns. The freshwater pool is very clean (heated via solar panels) and was clearly a favorite of many of the guests and residents.
We took advantage of the "sandy" beach area every day. The trees and umbrellas provided excellent shade and it was a comfortable place for reading or just watching the surf, admiring how the wave and splash you just saw could have been larger than the last. (But you never do get wet)
The BBQ's were in excellent shape. Air Conditioning was very welcome and although it is only in the living room, it did help cool the bedroom at the other end. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you will need.
We certainly will consider this condo again on our next visit.

Lovely, clean and comfortable place with incredible ocean view to feast your eyes on. Management company very responsive, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. No complaints.

The view and the surronding property are fantastic. The small beach area in front of the condo is very nice for relaxing and listening to the ocean. The other feature is the barbecue area where you cook dinner and enjoy eating right at the tables provided.
