    Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged....

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this condo unit and about our tenth time at the Kamaole Sands complex. The grounds and location are unmatched and the condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in and out. Good location for walk to the pool. Given a ground floor unit there are no idyllic sunset views but we preferred the extra space off the deck of a ground unit. Unit had lots of cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc but could have benefitted from another set of plates, bowls, cutlery. We just ran the dishwasher at half loads to maintain a clean supply (4 people). A big thank you to housekeeping and the property manager/owner for allowing partial bottles of condiments and spices to be left behind. Many units throw them out at a given guest's departure when they are fine for the next guest to use. Also appreciative of the toys, beach supplies, and ample supply of dishwasher soap, laundry soap, garbage bags. Overall facilities great yet the pool and family (kids) hot tub could be warmer. I found that kids would get a bit cold in the pool then go to the family hot tub (intentionally at a lower temp for safety) to use as a pool as it was more of a warm pool temp versus a cooler hot tub. Adult hot tub (reg temp) was perfect however. Finally, for this price point I would suggest that calls to the Mainland (incl Canada) are included in the landline.Overall a good unit owned by a good owner that doesn't cut corners managed professionally by PMI. Definitely would stay in this unit and at Kamaoele Sands again.
