    Great location right across from Charley Young Beach. We had a supermarket nearby to walk to as well, lots of shops. Being in the first building made access to the beach super easy. Apartment was dated as stated in the add, but the property managers made sure to make us aware prior to our booking. This was not an issue for us, and it met our needs completely.

    Our stay at this condo was fantastic! While the unit may be a bit dated and in need of renovations, its spacious layout is perfect for larger families. Traveling with my three adult children was a breeze – everyone had their own comfortable bed, a rarity in Hawaii at an affordable price. The two FULL bathrooms were a great convenience. The air conditioning was effective, even prompting us to turn it off one night due to the rooms getting too chilly. The lanai provided a picturesque view of palm trees and glimpses of the ocean in the distance. The unit location was unbeatable, being in the building closest to the road, providing a short walk across to a stunning beach. Snorkeling right off the beach and witnessing breathtaking sunsets made our stay truly memorable. On certain days, we even spotted sea turtles swimming nearby. For those preferring alternatives to the beach, three pools, numerous tennis courts, and barbeque facilities were available. The unit itself was well-equipped with two air mattresses, two beach umbrellas, three beach chairs, and four tennis rackets with balls during our stay. The management company was outstanding, offering prompt and efficient service. Despite the dated interior and the need for updates, this place is a budget-friendly gem, especially for those requiring ample space, multiple beds, and a fully functional kitchen. The unbeatable price makes it an ideal choice, and I would gladly stay here again!

    Overall great stay, great location and community amenities. Could have been great if the bedroom on main level was in reach of the existing a/c unit. The provided standing fan was helpful.

    Great view of the water from the lanai. Could use a few more amenities to last entire stay like toilet paper and dishwasher detergent, but the location to beach and other places was great. Quiet, too.

    It was great, nothing but great! Only complaint was the parking was so tight it was very difficult for a big guy like me to get out without hitting the car next to us

    We had a great time in this neighborhood in Maui. The beach (right across the street) was fantastic. The condo itself was dated but functional with well-functioning appliances. It would benefit from a few more kitchen utensils (and desperately needs a new grater!). We had a wonderful stay!

    We rented the Maui Vista Unit 1423, confirmation # 19577 from July 24 to August 7. It is with disappointment to inform you that the unit was found dirty, infested with cockroaches and completely abandoned. We have rented from Maui Vista before and we never encounter a dirty unit infested with cockroaches. I reported to AAOceanfront the issue and they send someone to clean the unit. The excuse I got from them was that cockroaches leave in the tropical and they are part of the environment. When I first saw the unit in the Vrbo website, I was made aware by AAOceanfront that the unit was not updated. I have that in my mind, but I never imagined that my first impression as soon I walked in to find a unit abandoned, dirty, with cockroaches coming out the counters, sink and stove. Also, when I signed the contract with oceanfront of the unit in a good rental condition, not updated (Standard). To me this was not in good conditions to rent it, I understand STANDARD, but this was not even average. In the past I rented STANDARD units at Maui Vista in more than excellent condition, very clean! This is not what you advertise in Vrbo. I am completely disappointed of the situation because my vacation turned into a cleaning and fumigating situation. One thing is that the unit was not updated (old) and another thing is the unit abandoned, very dirty and infested with cockroaches. I have pictures backing up what I am reporting. We have stayed in Maui Vista for years and we never encounter a situation like this where the unit is dirty and infested of cockroaches. Cockroaches come from dirty conditions and that place has been abandoned, unit 1423 does not reflect the quality of Maui Vista. A deep cleaning needs to happen in bathrooms, dirty dishes, dirty utensils, carpet not clean, counter tops not fully cleaned, bathtubs needed to be scrubbed more efficiently, floor was not completely cleaned, bathroom furniture was very dirty, balcony was not clean. The rental price for the unit 1423 is not worth! The unit does not reflect the quality that Vrbo advertise. I am not asking for luxury, or top of the line, just a simple cleaning, sanitizing and free from cockroaches. I need to discuss the issue further with one of your agents. Please call me 408 4996531

    I contacted the property managers via email regarding the broken fridge was leaking all over. Sent someone out the next day who fixed it but would be completely chill for 24 hours

    Location was perfect for our trip!! Only recommendation would be to provide more washcloths, we only had 2 for four people which was difficult. Everything was great!
