It was great
I've stayed at Sugar Beach a dozen times or more and Unit 317 has the best view. The unit is nicely decorated, but not as nice as any of the others I've been in - very outdated. But, my husband and I didn't really care about that. It was clean and everything worked. We were, however, very disappointed in the lack of ammenities. In the past, all the condos included ample bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs and an ice chest. This unit had only a mall Styrofoam ice chest. I thought Covid might have something to do with it, but other family were staying in different units, all of which had all of the items I listed. Renting the items cost $200. We had to buy beach towels. Next time, I'll probably stay somewhere else, but in the same resort .

Great beach, nice grounds, good location, sandwich shop is great, love to sit on balcony; drink my coffee or adult beverage & read or just look @ the beautiful ocean view. The unit needs carpets removed with new flooring put down & in need of a facelift. Bathroom sink drained very slow..had to put n mntc ticket. Most of the property management I dealt were very good, but the lady on site lacked good customer service skills.Would say unit was ok, grounds were nice, beach was great..would recommend but would share my issues.
The condo is very dated, definitely needs a fresh coat of paint and new flooring or a rug. The shag carpet looks and smells like it has been there for decades. Great location, convenient to everything. Beach access is fantastic. Would recommend the resort but not this unit.
Gorgeous view! Easy access to pool, parking and beach.
Had an amazing stay with spectacular views. Planning our next trip in the near future.
Overall we are very happy with the room. The entryway up to the front door is currently under construction and has been so during the 10 days that we were here. I am sure it will look nice after it is finished. The ocean view from the room is excellent.
