This property was comfortable but could use an update. The garbage disposal wasnt working which made the sink back up, but with only one call the problem was taken care of! We liked the gtounds and the pool and hottub!
Great location, great complex, definitely would stay here again !
The Good: Perfectly located in Kihei. Grounds well maintained. The Bad: Directly above the pool/spa/BBQ..expect much noice 7 am to 10 pm., mgmt office closed entire time. The Ugly: Carpeting so soiled wore socks, mildew smell strong, condo supplies lacking.

This condo has great ocean views, a nice hot tub, kids pool and swimming pool. The property is beautiful and has a nice bbq area. The lanai is huge and great to hang out on though.
However the condo itself is really lacking. It’s wildly outdated. None of the knifes are sharp and all the dishes needed a pre wash.
The sofa bed is not suitable for anyone to sleep on it is basically a thing spring mattress that I laid on and could feel every spring...and by the second night we had a rollaway delivered which sufficed but was frustrating as this location advertised that it can sleep 4- it can not. The rollaway was single size and hard to accommodate our 16 year old.
We also had issues with ac and didn’t hear back from the property managers until two days later via email. Also not mentioned in the ad for this place is that the bathroom is only accessible thru the bedroom so privacy is an issue. Also when trying to use the ac we discovered mold on the ceiling- I don’t check my email on vacation and that’s how AA oceanfront choose to contact us.
The interior of this condo is not the VRBO standard I’m used to at all so that was a bummer. I found a much better (and cheaper) condo on Airbnb last year and will return to that. It was booked this time but there are better more affordable options in Kihei so unless you’re in a pinch I’d avoid this one. Also the carpet really needed a deep clean.
Unfortunately it rained for a lot of our trip so we were at the condo more than anticipated- this ISN’T the condo you want to be rained out in- the furniture is like 1980s ratan and worn and everything is dingy and dusty but if your able to be out and about a lot and just have two people this place is pretty decent for sleeping.
Pretty disappointed with the property managers responses, so if you book here don’t anticipate great quality care.
Overall I’d say this was a 3 star out of 5 place.

Great location. Easy to access most of the island. Nice kitchen to do some meals. Worked out great!
The property, pool, and location was excellent. The condo could use some upgrades, (mainly carpet replaced or manufactured flooring, new window treatments, and the bedroom slider door made to open), but overall had everything and was a nicely and uniquely designed condo room arrangement. I liked the style of the apartment with a balcony set in view of ocean and pool area. Really nice appliances including coffee maker and toaster. I especially appreciated having a tub/shower combination. Bed was very comfortable and living room flat screen TV and wifi was superb. Called Oceanfront as the refrigerator (very new model) had frost build up in the lower half freezer unit, plus two outlets didn't work for the lamps. Jay was fantastic and came over and assessed those issues. He scheduled repair the next day and all was fixed expeditiously. I liked the laundry room on the same floor, the beautiful ocean view from living room and bedroom. The initial supplies (dishwasher tabs, paper towels, etc.) were greatly appreciated.
The pool, hot tub (nice and hot) with strong jets, and kiddie pool were wonderful. People grilled each evening. Walking across the mowed green lawn to the ocean (few minutes walk) each morning was perfect for beginning each day. Sunsets and walking along the beach is right there.
The construction on the south end condo complex occurred during the day only, and it did not affect my stay. Staying in March, I never used the AC at all, and closed the sliding door to the balcony to diminish the noise. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen well-appointed, and elevator or stairs to second floor convenient. The interior lush palms and botanicals between each wing of condos was a delightful surprise. I would definitely stay here again, and in this condo. Thanks to Jay and the maintenance repair technician for taking care of the minor issues so promptly.
In addition, I appreciated booking online AND speaking to Oceanfront staff during my booking online. The staff was informative and professional.
