The property was excellent. It was clean, well stocked with necessary items. It was located close to the beach. I would rate the property 5 star. However, the location just north of Wailia in the town of Kaieha was nice, it was not nearly as desirable as our previous stays in the Lahina/Kaanapali beach area.
If we return to Maui, we would certainly want to stay in the Kaanapali beach area....personal preference.
This was our first trip to Maui, and we couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean; the kitchen was incredibly well stocked (rice cooker, sharp knives, etc.!); the host was friendly and responsive the several times I emailed; and having two bathrooms and showers was a luxury. We loved the location and picked out a different beach to visit each day. Our favorite was Maluaka, and we also loved Wailea and Little Beach at Makena. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay here. The property manager was quick to communicate. We had an issue with the fridge and it was replaced the same day.
The unit is clean, comfortable and well-supplied. The kitchen could use a little refreshment of cooking supplies.
We watched whales in the ocean view off the main lanai.
We will definitely stay here again!
Nice spot. We stayed multiple weeks so we were able to enjoy the quiet and settle in for the stay.You are right across the street from the beach and sunset every night. Easy walk to restaurants. Comfortable bed. We communicated with the owner about a few areas for repair but nothing that can’t be easily addressed. Overall we would recommend the unit and the property.
The place was great. The noise from the condo above was a little bit too much. The place could have been cleaner. The first day we walked around barefoot in the condo and our feet were black by the end of the day, so we got cheap flip flops for indoor wear. They provided beach chairs, cooler, beach towels. Boogie boards would have been nice to have. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay in a great location. We loved seeing the ocean from the lanai, but just a heads up that you pretty much need to be standing to see the view. But when you're standing, the view is beautiful!

This property exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip to Maui so we didn't have a sense about where we would want to stay on the island. It was a well-maintained complex in the quietest part of Kihei. The unit itself was more spacious than the photos made it appear and was squeaky clean. We would definitely return!

Our stay couldn’t have been nicer. We’ll appointed unit, convenient parking wonderful pools and close to beaches and town. Highly recommend!
Very clean and convenient for parking and walking to beaches.The unit has beautiful ocean view from the patio. Owner is available instantly when having questions the first time got into the unit. Kitchen facilities and the washer/dryer are fully functional. Everything seems right and will definitely recommend to friends.
