A LITTLE ABOUT THIS CONDO....
The sound of the waves is very soothing and this location is ideal. The water is right outside your double lanai doors. The nearly private beach is just steps away for snorkeling and swimming with the turtles and fish. This unit has a great, quiet location, You can sit on your lanai and enjoy the ocean and the beautiful views, including the sun setting directly in front —– right between the islands of Molokai and Lanai. We have a beach right outside for swimming and snorkeling!

WHERE ARE WE...
We are centrally located in West Maui, 10 minutes North of Lahaina and 5 minutes south of Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car. Walk down to the farmer’s market — a very short walk — and get the best papayas, pineapples and mangoes, along with a lot of other things (don’t miss the guacamole!).

A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. If you don’t want to get wet, there’s even a submarine that can take you into the deeps while you view its mysteries from the comfort of a warm cabin. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. All this can be done just minutes, even steps away from your Maui vacation rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With never having to meet anyone, means no line ups or waiting which started our amazing experience. The Condo was very clean and plentiful furniture both inside and out. Unfortunately the outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable and we discontinued its use. Our washing machine never worked and as we tried to contact “Herb” he completely ignored us for our entire two week stay - we pack lightly knowing we were paying for a washer/dryer, truly a let down. The upside is it’s an amazing location with the ocean right out your front door. The turtles eating the algae and taking a rest on the sandy beach, with the whales breaching right before you these activities are all day long. The community BBQ’s on site are dated but do work and the propane is constantly checked by others, the locations of these BBQ’s are placed in great locations. The pool is not ocean front and is smaller but goes from 3’ to 8’ which we thought was “perfect”. We have stayed here before and we will come back again.Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, which we thought was nicer than in the pictures. It was clean, well-equiped, location was good (8 min from our favorite beach on the west side of Maui) and the views were amazing. We saw whales from the patio throughout the day and turtles came onshore on the nearby beach every day. The private parking spot was convenient.

Most of all we enjoyed the convenience of being able to wLk right out to see the ocean. My wife liked hanging out on the beach. We enjoyed our time so much we extended our stay and moved to a new condo!

Only complaint is that if you’re staying on bottom floor, you hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbors. So if they are early risers, then you are too.
