Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is superior to other resorts in the area. A large pool, beautiful beaches, friendly staff in a great location.the only negative would be that the sofa and chair in 414 is very uncomfortable. The bed was very hard as well. We brought the outdoor furniture into the living room because it was more comfortable than the chair.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location just above a sea turtle sanctuary. Loved watching the turtles and hearing the sound of the crashing ocean waves. The grounds are meticulously maintained and beautiful.The only very minor negatives are - there is no hot tub on the property. And the bath mat was dirty and should be replaced.

This condo had it all. A great view of the ocean, the bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and kept everything nice, the pool guy was there daily to check on everything. Overall a great experience.

Very nice view, the apartment has everything you may need, close to good coffee shops, grocery stores, and seafood market. Only thing we found a a ball of hair in a shower, and mess under the bed with an almost dead cockroach.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit twice before. Very familiar with it. Loved it. First washer dryer. It is there but locked behind doors. To wash clothes have to pay for laundry with coins machine which was broken. Tell us there is no access in description of property. Garbage disposal went out, and AC remote went out. Cannot get fixed over weekends. Place was dirty. Owners should know.
