Unit was perfect for 1 Adult and young teen girls. Super comfortable and nicely appointed. They had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to bring along for beach days. For being on the 5th floor, still had a good view of the ocean and pools.
KBM customer service was "EXCELLENT." They were very communicative and responsive.

We really appreciate the customer service and communication we received through KBM Hawaii. They all made everything so easy for us from the reservation, to check-in, to check out. The extras provided helped to make traveling with a young child so much easier. We would rent through KBM again without hesitation.

KBM was easy to work with. Customer service was helpful with questions. Honua Kai is in a great location and is a beautiful property. Lots of young families with children so if you are looking for a quiet adult friendly condo, you may consider other places. Honua Kai does offer adult only pool area and it is nice quiet area to relax.

Our stay at the Honua Kai, unit 537, was amazing! The process of check in and check out was seamless and easy. The unit had everything you needed from beach gear to laundry detergent and coffee filters! The grounds were beautiful and our kids loved the pools. Overall, our stay was more than we could have asked for.
