Including induction cook top, all cooking utensils, dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and everything you may need. Also, on the property is a Laundromat self serve or just drop off, convenience store, and parking is available. Waikiki beach is located just one block away with every water sport imaginable. The Honolulu Zoo, Aquarium and Kapiolani Park are also just a short walk away.

    The building is located just one block from Waikiki Beach. Zoo, Park, Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Car Rental, Buses and Taxi are all within walking distance. Rent a car for the day to go to the North Shore. Major Bus route (Kuhio Avenue) is in front of building. Can easily get anywhere around Island however I do recommend renting a car, to best explore Oahu's North Short, Kailua Beach and/or shopping Outlets- Enterprise and Alamo car rentals are 1 block away.     We had a nice stay. Only things that were slightly off putting were the holes in the bathroom wall where the towel bar had been (we were warned the day of check in), there was a splatter of something in the corner of the bathroom wall and there are no convenient outlets for the coffee maker in kitchen area, we had to move it near the tv to use. Positive notes are that the walk to the strip was very convenient, we were provided with anything you would need for the beach in the condo closet (snorkeling gear, chairs, bodyboards), there’s a 24 hour store attached to the building, and great food surrounding the condo.

    Due to plumbing issues our suite was changed from the original one to 708A. Because of this we could not answer number 3 question about whether it is "as advertised". This is an older building and there is nothing fancy about it. The unit could use a good paint job, it felt tired. It was suitable for a couple of nights before returning home. The kitchen could use a few more items, needed a dishcloth and a complete set of measuring cups. Also, there is only one plug for the kitchen. We had to keep moving appliances around to make toast or boil the kettle. Even an extension cord would help.
