Very happy with all the amenities of this condo and its location to the beach. We would definitely book this condo again.
The location of this condo was great-not close to noisy elevators, an ocean view and perfect for our family of five that included three teenagers. We could tell it was halfway under construction for updates. The walls and light switches were a bit dirty with stains but the areas that were recently remodeled (kitchen and downstairs bathroom, and downstairs floors) were gorgeous! Once the upstairs gets remodeled it will be 100% perfect. Can’t beat the view.

Great stay for 11 nights. The host was quick to respond to inquires and questions, which made the planning process much easier. Check in/out process was fantastic, and front desk staff were so helpful. Location was great, Kamaole Beach right across the street, as well as many other beaches located down the street. Building and unit itself is a bit older, with typical wear and tear, but was a great unit and stay nonetheless. Would gladly stay here again!
Building 10 is the best at Kamaole Sands. The partial beach view is perfect for morning breakfast and afternoon relaxing. Ample items to enjoy the beach with may not be new but work just fine. Plenty of extra linens and beach towels. Any questions or concerns are answered immediately with grace and professionalism. Enjoy my comfy stay

Excellent accommodations and location! The resort is very well maintained and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Condo was very nice, well furnished. Short on towels - only 2 beach towels, and the beach chairs and boogie boards were obviously well used. Kitchen was well appointed with the basics.
