We love the location of this condo complex. We stayed in a unit right by the pool. We have stayed at this location many times and are pleased every time. We are coming back in November with our granddaughters.
The property was and room was beautiful and it was a comfortable stay. We did have an issue with locking the door when leaving. Instructions should have been included at check in about how to lock it because it wasn’t intuitive. The property manager wasn’t available right away to help us, but they did return my call and texted an hour later. We couldn’t wait for their response because we were leaving for a funeral, so we had to leave the door unlocked. They sent house keeping to lock the door and texted instructions on how to lock the front door properly. Despite the door problem, our overall stay was amazing!

Wonderful
We enjoyed our stay very much! The unit was as described and it was easy to check in and register our car. The view from the unit was awesome, and we were steps from the pool. My only gripe was there were wet towels in the washing machine when we arrived, but we did not look in the washer until we had already been there 5 days. Luckily no mold! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Great location, wonderful views of the ocean! Visitors use caution on the northern beaches in the winter, powerful and dangerous currents! You can travel to safer beaches easily from this property. You can look up surf reports and snorkel conditions online. Mahogany!

This is our 3rd stay in unit #302 as it has a perfect view of ocean and like 20 steps to heated pool, however this unit is now in need of some attention. I.E. furniture, cutlery, dishes, bath tub, bed.

The location was great with poolside and partial ocean view. The grounds are well maintained and very beautiful.The unit itself is outdated. It smelled very musty and mildewed. The queen size bed sags in the middle and makes noise with even the slightest movement which combined made sleeping difficult. The unit had no bbq tools other than a set of tongs and minimal dishes. The coffee filters were basket yet the coffee maker used cone filters. It also had no inside broom to sweep the tile floors. The swiffer was broken and the small rechargeable vacuum had no battery. The dishwasher racks are missing posts and they are rusty. No one has cleaned around the stove itself for a long time. There was an ant issue. Many on the deck and inside as well. Had to keep all food and empty soda cans in the fridge and freezer or the ants would be on the countertops. The rain spout drains right outside the bedroom window and rattles all day and night even with minimal rain showers. Have stayed in this resort before and love the location however this unit was quite disappointing.
The space is simple but all you need! The ground level unit is great. The lanai steps directly into the condo complex grounds which are lush and beautifully groomed and sit at waters edge. You can see and hear the ocean from the patio. Although another building obstructs some of the view we were able to see the evening colors or walk seconds to watch the sunset. There is no direct beach access but there is swimming access and a fishing point.The location is central to many beaches and shops minutes away by car in all directions. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous property in a fabulous location. Loved the decor, modern kitchen, and lanai. Amazing views and only steps from the pool. Communication from the resort was good and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
