This was our 3rd time in Kaanapali, but first time at this resort! The unit was spacious and perfect for a group of 7. The management team were super attentive and accommodating. We walked to Whaler's village and took the shuttle back, which dropped us off at Maui Villas, which is only a short walk back. The area is central to everything you could need. Make sure to check out Leilani's at the Beach, Plantation House Restaurant, Food trucks next door, and Baya Bowls!

Such a great place to stay. Family friendly, restaurant on resort, little market that sells all your basics, beach is amazing, we saw so many turtles, beautiful fish, and crabs. You get a beautiful view of the sunset that is a must in Maui. I defiantly recommend this place.
We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and comfortable. Having two large beds in the second bedroom made it easy to have my kids visit for a few days. The facilities are beautiful. Having easy access to pools, hot tubs, and the beach was wonderful. The beach walk made it easy to get in a healthy walk each day. The BBQs and gym are a real plus. We will come back again!
We really enjoyed our stay in Maui at the Honua Kai. We are already making plans to come back. In my opinion, the location to the beach, pools, views, facilities were all really amazing! Our family of six loved our stay here. We are ready to come back and stay again!
Everything is as described or better. One bedroom with 2 beds, the other with 1 bed and access to the lanai. Great view from lanai that completely opens up. Kitchen has more than enough equipment/utensils for cooking. Umbrellas, boogie boards and beach chairs in the unit as well as a pack and play if you have small children (just need your own sheet). Would definitely stay again
I’ve stayed at this resort about 13 years ago. Overall, we thought it was very very good. I was disappointed in the rental car process at the beginning as I ended up missing out on the free rental car. One of the beach chairs was ripped and should be replaced. We would stay here again without question.
This two bedroom (with a sofa bed couch in the living area) comfortably accommodated our family of eight. It was in close proximity to the beach, the walking path and Duke’s and we had views of the pool and beach to the right of the balcony. We would return again.
The condo was perfect for our needs and the setting was an absolute paradise. Can’t wait to go back!
Beautiful property with all the extras for kids! Beds are comfy and the lanai is a great asset!
AC went out second night called in am great response came within 30 minutes and fixed.
Very communicative and organized. Instructions were great and easy to follow. Great place to stay for all ages and it is close to the beach. Would absolutely stay there again.
Excellent resort, great location.. grocery and good eating in walking distance, everyone is very friendly
