It was a great to have everything we needed to go to the beach, towels, cooler, chairs, umbrellas etc. The carpet, mattresses and bed pillows have all seen better days and need to be replaced otherwise it was super clean and we loved it.

It was ok, The spare blanket was dirty, so I slept with sheets. One of the spinning chairs in the living room was all torn up in the seating. The rug looked filty like it needed to be shampooed, and the couch. We laid sheets on everything before sitting, didn't know of it was really cleaned or just sprayed with disinfectant. The towels didn't seem all that clean with stains on them. It wasn't cleaned very properly, in the bedroom, the dresser drawers were dirty and we didn't want to put our clothes in then. In the black cabinet in the bedroom was dusty. I just wish the cleaning was done better...
Our honeymoon was the best. This was our best family vacation! The room was absolutely perfect with everything we needed. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, beach mat, boogie board, and sand toys that came with the condo everyday. The condo is super cute with an island vibe 😎 plenty of room for my family of four.
The unit was great for our small children. Every day they would walk outside to the lawn area and golf or run around. My kids also really enjoyed the pool, while me and my husband would supervise from the spa.
The sunsets were beautiful and in the morning my family would walk on the beach and watch the turtles.
We also really liked the location. There are so many great beaches close to Kihei with less crowds and tourists in my opinion.
We can’t wait to come back!
Maui Sunset A106 was perfect for our family. The boogie boards, chairs, and other beach equipment was great. First floor made it easy to head to the beach or pool. Fun location and easy to get anywhere.
Maui Condo and Home staff were great to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated.

I just wanted to let you know how disappointed we were with the Maui Sunset condo 106 A. The condo was very dated, the air conditioner in the bedroom was extremely dirty/mouldy and iced up when we tried to use it. There was no communication about amenities for the condo and we were left in the dark to what we would need to bring and buy for our trip. The out of control kids at the resort literally ruined our vacation. Could not do laps in the pool or use the hot tub due to an abundance of unsupervised children. These kids were whipping pool noodles, and spiting water from snorkels, and jumping and diving on our heads every time we attempted to swim. There needs to be someone monitoring the grounds to enforce rules so that all guests can enjoy their stay. There were times we could not even sit on our Lana’i as kids were driving golf balls into our patio. What a shame that we spend almost $10 000 and cannot even enjoy our trip!
We love Maui but will never stay at the Maui Sunset again!
