The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living area, creating an open living space. The furnishings throughout are well-appointed and complement the remodeled kitchen and bathroom vanity. The bedroom has a king bed and the living room has a sofa bed, allowing this condo to accommodate up to four people. Relax in this perfect, ground-floor, oceanfront condo.
Sugar Beach Resort is an Ocean Front property in North Kihei. Sitting on 4.2 acres of Ocean Front prime real estate, you can’t beat this location. All of the condos have central Air Conditioning and laundry facilities in the condo. Each Building has elevators available. There is an on-site eatery called Dina’s Sandwitch. The Sugar Beach Resort features a Pool area with one swimming pool, one wading pool, one hot tub and seating options for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The BBQ grilling area is located just outside the pool area. The property also features a putting green and a formal dress shop.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were breath taking at sunset. It was quite with only the sound of the waves to fall asleep to. Unit was very clean. Being a coffee drinker, I was really happy to see a good quality coffee maker. We stayed in May and I can only image what the view would be like in February when the whales come through. Appliances have all been updated. I wish we could add pictures to this review so you can see the sunset. The resort is very central to everything. Has a great restraint at the location. Recommend you try the homemade potato salad., it goes quick. Thye a have great store for booking tours, rent snorkel equipment, sand chairs and coolers. The barbecues were very clean.

Nice view, ground floor patio and lawn. Great beach access. Decent pool. Very windy, no sitting in sand with strong winds. Kitchen lacking, adequate furnishings. Noisy upstairs neighbors. Overpriced for what we got!

location to a beautiful sandy beach that us walkable and swimmable was perfect! gorgeous view, and the delicious bakery and coffee is an easy walk on the beach and up to the crosswalk
